The students have to be able to mention the criterion of good materials including their development. After that, they have to apply the criterion in their real work practices.
Method:
The teacher adopts written discussion through this PPT and the comment in this blog column. the teacher serves her students on Q and A session in the blog.
Description:
Knowing the criterion of good materials and materials development is beneficial knowledge for the students of English educational department. This knowledge will guide the students to more practical subject. Actually there are some views discussing this topic, but I adopt Tomlinson' s ideas (2018). He is one of theorist who proposed materials development as important step in language learning. To learn more about this topic, you could learn this PPT.
