    1. Characteristics of young lerners in the video:
-Learn while playing, singing and moving body parts
-Students seem to really enjoy the lessons given by the teacher by using songs and dances
-young learners look cheerful and full of enthusiasm
-Young leraners follow the directions given by the teacher well
-The teaching technique given by the teacher is very interesting and doesn't make young lerners bored.
    2. The theory shown in the video is using singing and dancing which aims to express psychomotor, affective and cognitive skills with play activities that can be implemented in learning motion and song and dance lessons. Dance education which includes movement and song is given to early childhood so that they have basic abilities that include perception, knowledge, appreciation and understanding. These basic abilities are expected to provide the ability to express oneself to balance left and right brain functions, by combining elements of logic, ethics and aesthetics. In addition to this, dance learning is also aimed at fostering awareness of respect, tolerance, democracy, civility, and living in harmony with others.
    3. Yes, she did. Because art training such as singing and dancing is good and suitable for the growth and psychomotor development of children. And the methods shown also make young learners more enthusiastic and not boring, therefore young learners can follow the activities that are done well.
    4. I plan to use the story method for young learners by using existing dolls or tools because I feel that using this method young learners will feel more alive and free in expression and can also enrich vocabulary for young learners. And can make teacher-student relationships closer. And with a method like this that is not too serious and tense but can and is able to make young learners concentrate well.

    TOPIC : MIDDLE TEST

    1. The children in the video are active and look very happy, because they are invited to study while singing and dancing. Where the two things (singing and dancing) are the things young children love so much, they feel happy and unburdened by study. They get a new vocabulary when singing and dancing like say jump and they jump, and then when teachers say stop and kids stop. Then the songs in the video are also like spelling out s t o p, which also adds to a child's ability to read.

    2. The method or theory used in this video is dancing and singing. This method is appropriate for children because they feel uneasy, and they feel that they are not studying when, in fact, they are learning. This method does not pressure them to study hard, they simply enjoy and enjoy learning. And they got new vocabulary, new friends, indirect stuff.

    3. I think the teachers in the video have adopted appropriate methods for young leaners' study, and the methods used are so highly favored by children that they feel less depressed and follow direction well. Singing and dancing are kids' things. So they tend to feel happy and less depressed

    4. I will invite the children to sing and dance to meet the other children in the video, and then after that I will teach them how to read by singing and spelling letters when singing we will name the colors and spell them, so that children can read and know about the letters and colors. After that I'm going to end class by singing anyway. Then say a prayer

    MIDDLE TEST

    1. In the video there is a group of children who actively participate in activities directed by the teacher, namely singing and dancing. The two things that are done are things that are generally liked and done by children, in the video the children also get new vocabulary and also commands using words which are also followed by the children in the video. With this, it can increase the vocabulary that children have so that they can remember and practice.

    2. The method in the video uses dancing and singing methods, in this method it is suitable for children's learning because these two things are things that they generally enjoy with this they can be more enthusiastic and respond quickly to whatever they hear and do so that the method this can increase their knowledge, cohesiveness, and increase their vocabulary.

    3. I think the method that the teachers in the video use is a very appropriate method. Because, with this method, children can be more enthusiastic about following, and they can enjoy learning so that it makes children more interested in memorizing, remembering and practicing.

    4. Apart from dancing and singing, I will also invite the children to jump into the colored columns by spelling the names of the colors so that not only do they know the color but they also know the spelling of the word, maybe also invite them to form a picture according to the the words they spell. Maybe the method I use makes them more interested and their enthusiasm for learning increases. Do not forget to always recite the prayer before and after doing activities.

    1. •They have short attention span. So teachers should vary their techniques to break the boredom. they should give varied activities as handwriting , songs , games etc.
•They are very active. Try to ask them to play games , role play dialogues and involve them in competitions.
•They respond well to praising. Always encourage them and praise their work.
•They differ in their experience of language. Treat them as a unit , don't favour those who know some English at the expense of those who do not know.
•They are less shy than older learners. Ask them to repeat utterances , resort to mechanical drills.
•They are imaginative. Use pictures to teach new vocabulary related to concrete meanings, but may have some difficulties distinguishing between imagination and real world.

    2. In my opinion, the method/theory used in the video is kinesthetic. Because it involves all their senses equally in the learning process.

The kinesthetic method means that the child must move or do something while learning. As in the video, children involve audio, visual and movement (dancing, singing and seeing what is exemplified).

    3. I think the method used by the teacher in the video is very appropriate. Because at the age of children, they prefer to learn while playing rather than serious learning which will only stress them out.

The method in the video really makes children happy and not feeling pressured.

    4. - First, I will got my students to sing (using English songs) while dancing.
    - Then after finishing I will ask them about the vocabulary they got.
    - After that, I will ask them to make groups and write down every vocabulary they get.
    - And I will ask them to find the meaning of the vocabulary.
    - Then I will give "stars" to the group that has the most vocabulary.
    - Finally I will got them to sing and dance again.

    1. Each student and class group has different characters, characteristics, and abilities, so that the same treatment for all students and class groups will actually result in less than the maximum learning process that will be carried out. Therefore, one of the important stages in the learning planning process is to analyze the characteristics of students. In the learning process the teacher must make the characteristics of students as one of the benchmarks for planning and managing the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The teaching and learning process in elementary schools has a different style from the teaching and learning process in secondary schools. The characteristics that exist in students are in accordance with the stages of student development. For example, success in the academic field in elementary school is the main thing as one of the achievements of a student's success. Understanding student heterogeneity means accepting what they are and planning learning according to their circumstances. Learning programs in elementary schools will be effective if they are in accordance with the characteristics of students who are studying. Smaldino et al suggested four important factors that must be considered in analyzing student character: (1) general characteristics; (2) initial competence or ability; (3) learning styles; (4) motivation.

2.) The learning theory used in the video is playing motion and singing. that way children can express themselves through movement and think through body movements. This theory supports children's approaches to learning in all areas through creative interactive and fun art experiences including music and dance.

3.) Yes, because I think the teacher in the video applies the right method for young learning contexts, by means of interactive learning that emphasizes the involvement of students with students, students with teachers, and also students with material. The involvement of students in these three aspects will help them to understand the material. The teacher only helps students to participate in these activities. This method is very suitable for kinesthetic children's learning styles

4.) My lesson plan is based on the learning process in the video, which is the first thing I will pay attention to in choosing songs for learning.
    a. The lyrics or words in the song should be clear
    b. The language used in the song is not too difficult
    c. The theme of the song is chosen according to the child's world
    d. The song is not too long
    e. The song is strived to have a relationship with the material being taught
After choosing a good song, I will invite, help the children move and learn through the song. The first step is to say hello, pray before studying, sing and dance while teaching counting, identifying letters of the alphabet, observing, describing, sorting and classifying objects, textures, colors and body parts.

SUBJECT : ENGLISH FOR YOUNG LEARNERS

    1. Characteristics of young learners, can be divided into several levels or levels. Level one and level two.
    - As young learners at level one are usually aged 5-7 years, where they have a tendency to like and relate what they learn and do with themselves. They like learning related to everyday life, the activities must also involve aspects of the mind and body movements. But there are also those who categorize at the age level 3-5 years before level one, usually at this age the ability to read and write a learner will be very limited. They can use songs, opportunities to play, explore, touch and move.
    - Young learners aged 8-10 years can already distinguish fact from fiction, they also tend to be imaginative and active. The preferred learning is through games, stories, or songs, which make them interested in learning English. They will expand their English class as they seek answers to the 'What' and 'Why' questions. After more than 10 years, they are usually conditioned to study more seriously and are tested on what they have learned. Their brains are developing and they can increase their language capacity to absorb and store information.
    2. The theory used in the learning in the video actually uses a practical stage, where it provides an opportunity for students to follow back what they heard and put it into practice. The lessons in the video show that they can do it too listening and speaking activities imitation and repetition. They do it in groups, individually or in pairs.
    3. I think the teacher has used the right method in the scope of young learners, even if you look at the age of the children, they are in the age range of 3-7 years. Where what is done is appropriate, children in that age range like learning related to life or activities and body movements, such as jumping and closing their eyes. They also use songs, opportunities to play, touch and move.
    4. LESSON PLAN GROUP MODEL

THEME : LEARN VOCAB WITH SONG
    PURPOSES OF LEARNING:
    1. KNOWING VOCABULARY
    2. KNOW LETTERS AND Spelling
    3. KNOW ACTIVITIES
    4. DESCRIBING SOMETHING
    KNOWLEDGE &
    SKILLS:
    - LEARN TO LISTEN THROUGH SONG
    - LEARN TO SPEAK, KNOW VOCABULARY THROUGH SONG
    - MENTIONING THE VOCABULARY IN THE SONG
    - MAKE MOVEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE VOCABULARY IN THE SONG LYRICS (E.G. STOP, BUNNY HOP).
    ATTITUDE:
    - CONFIDENT IN SPEAK, ESPCIALLY ENGLISH

    1. characteristics in learning that is very fun because it uses singing, practice and play. The teacher tries to give a fun introduction to English words. Other activities that do well at this level include singing, songs, visual materials, stories and puppets etc. Young learners will love the fun stories, fairy tales and simple activities that make their time in class enjoyable. So games will also give interest in language learning to our students. So if we can introduce some of them, it might have a positive impact as well.

    2. The theory used is the theory of Morpell and Washbume (1931) because in theory it says the development of a child's learning to read when he has reached the mental age of six and a half years and in the video the age of children under six years old still likes to play.
And the theory of Arnold Gesell (1940) he says that child development shows maturity, therefore effective instruction follows that level of development. And it can be seen in the video that children who are happy to follow instructions from a teacher make children slowly reach maturity towards science.

    3. When viewed from the age of the children being taught, the method used is appropriate because of several factors, judging from the age of the limited motor use, of course they will not understand the need to communicate or learn English. Seen in the video, the teacher entertains students more while introducing easy vocabulary that is followed by instructions for students to follow what the teacher says or does. Fun simple activities for class.

    4. Through singing and dancing activities with vocabulary exploration, students can show an attitude of confidence by following the dance movements according to the teacher's instructions.
After doing exploration activities, children can show how to dance. After carrying out the concept export activity, children are able to show their work well by singing by themselves. After doing a demonstration of vocabulary exploration, the child is able to tell the vocabulary obtained in simple language.

    "MY ANSWER"

    1. The teacher gave a guide to young learners through movements accompanied by music and then the children followed all the moves and instructions the teacher gave. Here, too, the teacher will play an active role in the learning process, where this teacher becomes an instructor who gives direction to the student and other instructions. The teacher here seems active, expressive, and vibrant, and it concerns us, too, that a teacher must have a spirit of passion so that his positive energy can be felt by the students. Because a teacher is a key to successful learning.
The children in the video, in turn, look excited and excited when they learn using songs and gestures. Basically, I think young learners are more excited when learning while playing, with this media music could certainly attract students more. Then, in instructions also contains a vocabulary that can train their ability to memorize new words, memorize lyrics of songs, act out movement responses that can train their concentration, practice their memory with movement, and make children more interested when they learn.

    2. The type of learning theory used is behavioristic because here there is the interaction of stimulus and response between teacher and student. The form of stimulus is where the teacher gives a movement to the student accompanied by music or through musical media. While it is the form of a response of a student or a learner's response to the stimulus given by the teacher or the educator.

    3. I think the method is appropriate. Because the student's target is young learners, which at most at that age are fond of learning while playing, because young learners that I know of are their age when learning is usually at a concentration level not long, much less lasts just 15 minutes, the rest of their concentration rate is down, With this combination of play or use of a media like this in learning the expectation can help students to increase morale and more students are more interested in learning, it is important that teachers also be able to balance between study times, play, or study while playing, teachers here play a crucial role in the success of class learning. So, by implementing such methods I think we are correct, we are modifying them, developing new innovations, can increase creativity in order to be more enlightened and teachers are able to balance their learning portions by playing.

    1. 4. Before starting class, of course, there was pre-teaching that we do:
      - presence, lasted about 30 minutes.
      - after that, we will start to warm up by singing the song "if you're happy clap you're handed". For making them excited with the first season.
      - and then, I will first teach a lesson on words and movements that come with the song, we will learn to navigate through the movements accompanied by songs and songs, before which we give instruction first to the student so that the student does not get confused.
      - then, we must also memorize the movements, the instructions, and the songs first to remember when we encounter a student.
      - next, I will give instruction or direction to a student, after which I will give an example of the movement to a student.
      - then, we and the students practiced together what they had previously learned, learned with movements and songs. We can do it indoors or in the outdoors. I will participate with them to give students a stimulus so that students can respond to what they see, hear, say and they can follow well. That way teachers and students can play a part in each other. I do about 15 to 30 minutes,
      - when finished, give the students a few minutes of rest. If you get enough rest,
Then we come back to the class to review and review what we can learn today or be called question reflection, so in this question reflex, we ask a few questions that they can write in the book. For example, the question, what can be drawn from today's study? How's he feeling? Can this method easily memorize direction and place? Is there any difficulty doing movement? And etc.
      - after that, there is room for them to share with each other what they have poured into their writings, and then I will give a few students the opportunity to present their sharing of the reflection question that has been given earlier. This way they can train their memory, train their thinking ability, boost their confidence. So in addition to songs, students will also understand that we have been able to implement learning in our daily lives, they will eventually understand, know and be able to distinguish between the "right" "left" "down" "straight" "turn right" and so on.
      - final step, don't forget to always comment positively on the students and don't forget to acknowledge the students.
      - once the sharing is finished, we'll end class by praying together.

MIDDLE EXAMINATION ENGLISH FOR YOUNG LEARNERS

    1. In the video, children seem to enjoy imitating and are skilled at listening accurately and imitating what they hear and see. Through music and dance they look very active and happy even though they cannot fully imitate the movements taught by the teacher but they still follow the movements imitated by the teacher. So I think the characteristics seen in this video are that they like fantasy, imagination, and movement. So that learning looks fresh, fun and easy for young learners to understand.
    2. In this video there is a behavioristic learning theory where this theory revolves around the idea that learning is achieved when an appropriate response is shown after the presentation of a certain environmental stimulus. The behaviorist approach can still be applied to teaching that focuses on remembering facts, remembering steps, learning rules, or generalizations. This theory can be applied either through apps or learning games, in this video using music and dance. So that young learners can learn through experience and what they hear. The music and dance in this video involve a greater range of motion, coordination, strength, and endurance than most other physical activities. This is achieved through movement patterns that teach coordination and kinesthetic memory. In addition, there is also a cognitive theory because music and dance can help young learners make spontaneous movements when presented with movement ideas or problems that can be solved by movement responses. Movement provides a cognitive loop between an idea, problem, or intention and an outcome or solution.
    3. I think yes, the teacher in the video has applied the learning theory well because it can be seen from the young learners that they also enjoy learning. In addition, the material taught by the teacher through music and dance is also highly correlated and easy for children to memorize. Although the material is not too much, but for young learners the material is solid enough to understand. It can be seen that the age difference of the children in the video may be around the age of 5-8 years, but the teacher can still convey the meaning of the song or learning material well so that the children can still understand it.
    4. My plan when I teach children their age (in the video) I will apply the same thing. Children get bored easily so I have to do a lot of learning through activities they like such as; playing games, dancing and singing. Seen in the video if we as a teacher can create a pleasant atmosphere then they will also enjoy learning. I think it is an effective thing because they can still learn while playing. In addition, the active role of a teacher is also very important. So that when we teach, we also have to be more active than young learners so it won't be boring.

    Answer
    1. There are three of characteristics of young leraners :
    a. Pre-school or early school years
At this level, called kindergarten and reception with studwnt anywhere from 3 to t yeara old. They will not be used to the normal classroom. At this age a learner’s reading and writing skills andd some will be very limited. In this age students will not understand the need to communicate in English. The teachers should have a good command of the learner’s laanguage to be able ti issue instructiom and maintain discipline. Young leraners will love storiea, fairy tales and simple, fun activities which make their time in the classroom enjoyable.

    b. Early Primary School Years
Young leraners are in the age of six. They are more analytical and logical in their thought processes. They will extend to the english classroom to as they search for answers to the “What and Why” questions. Students in this age will be learning to form characters and words in their own language. In this level, they are be able to guide them into more indeppendent activities, where they can work alone or in small group.

    c. Late Primary School Years
The atudents are classified towards the end of primary school. They have already for studiying in a mainstream school and have an examination component. They in this age are conditioned to taking their learning more seriously and being tested on what they have studied. The teachers could organize a greater range of classroom activities and touch upon a wider variety of topics.

    2. The theoris learning in the video used theory from Arnold Gesell’s (1940)-Maturation (1) stated It views that the children’s development indicates their maturation. Therefore, the effective instruction should follow this developmental level. This means we can identify the characteristics of young learners is the level or development of young learners in learning English. So, a teacher teaches according to the needs of his students by adjusting the development of students.

    3. Yes, the method used by the teacher in the video is very appropriate for young students. because the method used is listening, one of which is by using songs. the teacher in this video applies the song with body movements so that students can find out the meaning of the parts mentioned in a word. with this method students will be have fun.

    1. The characteristics of young learners are:
    - Young learners are very happy to learn while playing, then sing while moving their limbs like the one in the video they follow the instructions for each of the songs, if the song gives a command to jump, they will jump, if they clap they also clap
    - They also like to study with friends or have a partner. As in the video when singing the song Do si do, the song commands you to dance with friends, say hello, and follow other instructions such as turning around or around your friends. This can lead to a sense of cooperation and mutual help, especially for a shy child will make him more courageous.
    - They also like stories. As in the video there is a song that tells several animals on waking one day, if i were an animal where the children listen and pay attention to the story in the song and this can train students to focus on the overall context.
    2. In the video using the theory of the song/singing method, this theory is more about memorizing how the teacher puts the material in a song and can be sung by the students and this can be seen in the video that the teacher packs the action/command with the song he sings and the students follow and imitate it. This means that the teacher uses the application of the method of singing without media where a teacher is the one who sings not by listening to the song together. This theory has developed in Indonesia and is very easy to use.
    3. Yes, the teacher in the video applies the right method for the context of young learners, namely the method by singing. Because singing is an activity that is liked by children. By singing, they can imitate the voice of the teacher in front of the class with their friends, children will be more happy with what they are learning, especially in their learning environment. Learning by singing a child will more quickly learn, master, and practice a teaching material delivered by the teacher. In addition, children's ability to listen, sing, and be creative can be trained through this activity. So singing cannot be separated from the world of children. Children really like singing while clapping and dancing. By using the singing method in every learning, children will be able to stimulate their development, especially in language and interacting with the environment. And the singing here is to help children understand the material and can memorize a vocabulary that will be practiced directly communicating at school or outside of school. According to Syamsuri Jari, as quoted by setyoadi, mentioned that among the benefits of using songs (singing) in learning are:
    a. A means of relaxation by neutralizing heart rate and brain waves.
    b. Cultivate interest and strengthen the attractiveness of learning.
    c. Creating a more humane and fun learning process.
    d. As a bridge in remembering learning material.
    e. Build retention and touch students' emotions and ethical sense.
    f. The process of internalizing the values contained in the learning material.
    g. Encouraging student learning motivation.

    1. Analyze the characteristics of young learners: The children in the video are active, and look very attractive in moving, they are taught by the teacher, learn while singing and dancing to move their limbs. because this is very liked by young children, Young Learners follow the directions given by the teacher well, they feel happy and excited. While singing and dancing, they acquire new vocabulary contained in each of the lyrics of the song, and follow the instructions contained in the song. For example: Jump, they jump, then learn the colors from the clothes worn by young learners, which then young learners can understand and know colors in this fun way of learning.

    2. The theory used in this video is listening, by dancing and singing. The theory in the video is the use of singing and dancing that aims to express psychomotor and cognitive skills that can be applied in movement learning and song lessons and listening to songs. From the movement, young learners so that they are able to perceive their knowledge, appreciation and understanding, and express themselves. This method is very suitable for children because it is fun. In this way, they get new vocabulary, new things, knowledge, activity and skills in dancing or moving to the rhythm, and so on.

    3. Yes, I think he did. Because the method is very interesting for young learners. So that young learners can learn according to their age, they do not feel pressured and follow directions well. Singing and dancing are children's hobbies. So they tend to feel happy and very excited to learn it. Singing and dancing exercises are also good for children's growth and development, the methods shown also make young learners more enthusiastic and not boring.

    4. My plan, the first step, I will prepare teaching materials in advance, such as songs, and movements. Then when the study wanted to start, praying, I instructed one person to lead the prayer before studying, and pray together. Then, I will check the attendance of young learners for about 20 minutes. After that, I will invite the children to line up neatly to warm up first, so that the muscles are not stiff. then begins dancing and singing lessons according to songs and instructions. then I will give a lesson first about the vocabulary and movements contained in the song, as well as the movement, then after that, I will teach them how to read by singing and spelling the letters, in addition, I will teach them to recognize the names of the members body by pointing at the limbs to the accompaniment of songs and singing along. Then, we will name the color with the color of the clothes they are wearing and spell it out, so that children can read and know about letters and colors while singing, because this will be very easy for young learners to absorb and learn. After that I will end the class by praying together. By using this method, it is hoped that young learners will feel more active and free in expression and can also enrich vocabulary and memory will be more easily absorbed, and train their memory, confidence, and thinking skills.

  16. 1. The characteristics of young learners in the video is Pre-school or Early School Years. Teachers lead learning in a more holistic way. They use songs, which activities can stimulate students' interest because they feel fun when doing it. In this video the teacher masters the language of the learner well so that he can issue instructions and maintain discipline, as well as provide a fun introduction to English words.

    2. The teaching theory used in the video is the theory by NAEYC and IRA’ Research. which in the theory states that as children move from preschool into kindergarten and the primary grades, instruction focused onphonemic awareness, letter recognition, “segmenting words into sounds”, and decoding printed text will support later reading competence. And children who are learning English as a second language will become literate more easily if they have a “strong foundation” in their home language.

    3. Yes she is, the method used is music and movement methods. This method has several effect for the EYL class, including:
    a. Psychomotor effects: Music reduces stress and enhances the function of the immune system. Music can be mood altering. If children are overexcited, the right song can be calming and relaxing. If children have been sitting down for a while, the right song can add energy and excitement to the class.
    b. Emotional and social effects : Music is emotional and builds children’s sensitivity for feelings. Singing is a social activity that is enjoyable and motivating for children. Singing together helps children bond and feel part of a group.
    c. Cognitive effects : Music helps develop attention span and memory. The combination of rhythmic movement with speech and song helps children further cultivate their minds, including development of “inner speech” and “impulse control,” which contribute to “self-management and social skills”
Many teachers know that songs are fun and can engage young English language learners, understanding more deeply the following benefits for child development and learning will help them use songs more effectively.

    1. Every child has their own world and characteristics that are different from adults, they are very active, energetic, spontaneous, dynamic, enthusiastic, always curious about what they see and hear, can’t sit still and touches. The characteristics for young learners are children have a short attention spans unlike adults who can force themselves to pay attention children have limited ability to give their whole attention to one situation, especially if that situation when teacher explaining a topic or an activity is not very interesting to them. What are the implications of this characteristic to our teaching: 1) teacher must use big gestures. This is help direct attention to the action being taken and its objective. Use your hand eyes and even whole body to make big gestures. 2) Teacher must vary their voice. Varying voice also gives a clues as to what you talking about. 3) Use games for learning. Even very simple games are better than just talking about particular learning item. Games excite young learners maybe even by just telling them that your activity is a game. In fact, in the real role play has an important role in the cognitive development of children.
    2. The theory used in the video uses singing while dancing. This method of pursuit is highly recommended when we will teach young learners. Where they have an active and energetic nature. This method aims to make young learners not easily bored when learning a language, to strengthen vocabulary understanding for body parts and to practice pronouncing vocabulary, Use movements and actions to strengthen vocabulary, have the children sing together using the correct movements. In addition, this method can train children's psychomotor skills to develop.
    3. Yes, I think the teacher have apply a proper method for young learners. Because in the video the teacher uses several teaching techniques for young learners. The technique used in the video is listen and repeat, listen and act. Then besides that, students also look more happy and active when learning to use methods like the one in the video.
    4. My plan if I teach young learners, I will use the method like in the video, learn by singing and playing. First, I will explain the material to be studied, for example, "today's material is about body parts", then, I will write the vocabulary to be studied and the song lyrics to be used when studying, the teacher tells the song lyrics and reads the vocabulary and students follow what the teacher says. While touching the part of the body mentioned. For example: the teacher says nose (pointing to the nose), then the student repeats it.
Teaching using the song method aims to make it easier for students to remember vocabulary, make students active when learning takes place, so students don't get bored easily, etc.

    1. The characteristics in the video that are the children very entertained and there is no boredom to learn English using the singing and dancing method, so that it is easy for children to understand English vocabulary.

    2. In the video, the theory used is about learning while playing, you can also play while learning so that the theory used in the video is a theory that children really like, the teacher says jump. The children jump right away, then the teacher says sit. the teacher said stop. The children immediately stopped, that's the theory in the video so that the children don't get bored.

    3. The method in the video, when viewed from that age, is certainly suitable for using such a method, so that children can absorb or remember vocabulary easily, the learning while playing method is indeed suitable for early age children, so the teacher must see the ability of children to what extent the material is for children.

    4. My plan that I will teach at a young age is by writing with pictures, reading as a song, playing along with children's songs in English and so on.

1.characteristics The children in the video show that children really like learning while singing and dancing. Where these two things are very liked by young children, they feel happy and are not burdened with learning. They get new vocabulary when singing and dancing such as say jump and s t o p, and increase children's reading skills. They like to do movements that follow the rhythm of the song or sing. Dance movement activities can provide a good encouragement or stimulation for children in the process of building and discovering their power of motion. Children need to find original motion so that they can express with the help of the teacher to be creative according to their soul's desires.
    2. The theory used in this video is singing and dancing. Singing is a learning method that uses sung poems. Usually the poems are adapted to the materials that will be taught by educators. According to some experts, singing makes the learning atmosphere cheerful and passionate Children's development can be stimulated more optimally. This method is suitable for children because they feel comfortable, and they feel they are not learning when in fact they are learning. This method does not force them to study hard, they just enjoy and enjoy learning. And they got a new vocabulary.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses the correct method because the singing method and the singing method are activities that are very liked by children. In general, singing is more of a play activity than a learning activity or message delivery. Singing can provide satisfaction, joy, and happiness for children so that it can encourage children to study harder.
Learning by singing a child will more quickly learn, master, and practice a teaching material delivered by the educator. In addition, children's ability to listen, sing, and be creative can be trained through this activity.
    4. My plan,
    1. prepare teaching materials in advance, such as songs, and movements.
    2. When the lesson wants to start, pray, I instruct one person to lead the prayer before studying, and pray together.
    3. Check the attendance of young students for about 15 minutes.
    4. Invite the children to line up neatly to warm up first, so that the muscles are not stiff.
    5. Start dancing and singing lessons according to the song and instructions.
    6. Give a lesson in advance about the vocabulary and movements contained in the song, as well as the movements.
    7. teach how to read by singing and spelling letters.
By using this method, young students will feel more active and free in expression and can also enrich their vocabulary and memory will be more easily absorbed, as well as train their memory, self-confidence, and thinking skills.

    2. The theory of the video is singing and dancing by following the directions given by the teacher. Learning English with motion and songs can motivate children to and love learning English. With motion and song it has proven to be an ideal tool for early childhood to learn in a fun way, and as the best teaching aid for teaching language to early childhood. With singing media, children will be led to pronounce English vocabulary correctly. The repetition of the song will hone the child's memory skills. 1. In the video it is clear that the children are very happy to take part in learning, because the teacher uses a method that is suitable for the condition of young students, the teacher uses the learning method while singing and playing, the learning system is certainly liked by young students, it is clear that the learning method very effective for early childhood, they can play while learning, besides that they can get new vocabulary in the learning.
    2. The theory used in the video is Behavioristic theory. Which is where the purpose of this theory is to change a person's behavior with his learning experience. For example, in the video where a teacher gives lessons by singing and dancing. Behavioristic learning theory is highly dependent on several aspects, such as learning objectives, student characteristics, subject matter, learning media, and learning facilities.
    3. I think the method used by the teacher is very suitable for young students, because they can learn while singing, dancing and playing. And with this method, young students will not be burdened with their studies, they even really enjoy the learning system.
    4. If I were a teacher later I would use the learning method while playing games, but before we play the game I will give a little material first so that later there will be knowledge that we can get together.

    Midterm Test - EYL

    1. Characteristics of young learners in the video :
In the video the children are very enthusiastic about participating in the learning, I think this character belongs to the "Pre-School Early school year" which they will not be used to in normal classes. Learners will have limited motor skills and some will still learn to use pens and scissors. At this age students will not understand the need to communicate in English. They need to be entertained to stimulate learning so that teachers are aware of what students want and what they don't. The teacher must master the language of the learner well to be able to issue instructions and maintain discipline. Learners also have limited ability in writing and reading, therefore they will focus on other skills. It was also seen that the children were very following the rhythm of the song being played, and all the children were entertained by this learning.
    2. In the video the type of learning theory used is "TRANSFORMATION IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION" Because in this video the children are just starting to develop vocabulary skills with dance movements, in this way children can find new vocabulary and can recognize vocabulary. the word with movement and they will be able to use it in their daily life. In learning to sing and dance like this, children can also train their psychomotor and cognitive intelligence, starting from moving and dancing, children can expand their knowledge and understanding.
    3. Yes, the teacher apply method Turn lessons into songs for the young learners. This method is quite appropriate because for children their age learning should be more fun so that they can understand and like what they are learning, with this method children will be interested in continuing to learn and not lazy to study with the teacher and their friends.
    4. My own lesson plan :
    1. Select a theme and then identify the themes in the text
Choosing the right and suitable theme that can be taught to the student and then identified first
2 . Identify the language focus (vocabulary and grammar)
Identify the focus of language learning such as vocabulary and grammar
    3. Develop content objectives (links to other content areas)
Developing content objectively at this time can develop and connect to various content
    4. Identify learning strategies or critical thinking skills
Identify students' ways of learning and thinking so that what has been taught can be well received by students
    5. Develop activities
The last one is the development process in the form of activities with what has been planned from the beginning.

    1. The characteristics from that Vidio is:
    - They enjoy and imitate movements and songs that the teacher does
    - imaginative, by using learning methods while playing, for example with songs, they can imagine as if they were playing instead of learning.
    - very active, they look happy to be active and dance happily
    - They enjoy learning through playing. Young learners learn best when they learn through games. including songs, they are happy when they have to dance to the rhythm of the music.
    2. kinds of learning theories being used in that video is Using behavioristic theory. Because this theory contains changes in behavior that occur due to learning experiences. In other words, the input is a stimulus and the output is a response. The form of the stimulus is the delivery of material, character building, advice, and others given by the teacher to his students. Especially in the video, the teacher uses learning media to sing or song, which makes the children happy so they forget that they are studying.
    3. Yes, she did. Because as we know, it is easy for children to feel bored when learning, especially learning a foreign language. However, because of the creativity of the teacher in the video, who uses the media to sing and sway, the students forget the thing called boredom. they become super active to follow the movement and also sing along as the teacher has shown. because the benefits of the singing method are helping to achieve abilities in developing thinking power, helping to channel emotions such as happy or sad through the content of song lyrics/singings, and helping to add new vocabulary through song lyrics/singings.
    4. My future planning is if there is an opportunity to teach children, maybe I will do the same method as the one in the video. namely inserting media in learning. Whether it's through songs, dancing, or using objects. For example, when I want to teach vocabulary, I need media as a visual so that children know what it means. For example, when I speak "Book" and it is repeated by all students, and after that I ask "Than what the meaning of book?" they must be confused if they have to guess. So, the best way is I have to show the media or a tool that shows the meaning of the vocabulary, by showing the book, then they can understand what the meaning of what I ask. but for sure, before I teach, I must have prepared what material I will teach. as well as the media that I will use. I will think, is this material suitable for this medium? or more suitable for other media. because if you don't use learning media, children will get bored easily, and what happens eventually they are lazy to learn.

    1. The characteristic of your learners based on the video :
    > They have short attention span. So teachers should vary their techniques to break the boredom. they should give varied activities as singing, dancing, games, etc. and it is applied on the video.
    > They are very active.
    > They enjoy learning through playing, in the video is singing and dancing.
    > They enjoy imitating and skilfull in listening accurately and mimicking also imitating what they have heard and see.

    2. Learning theories used in the video :
    > Piaget’s Theory : Piaget developed the idea that children learn by actively doing which helps them make sense of their environment. He suggests children ‘make sense’ of the world by exploring, discovering and play and it is through these actions that learning occurs. Based on the video, the young learners are singing and dancing, they are actively imitating their teacher actions.
    > Vygotsky’s Theory : Vygotsky noticed the importance of social interaction. He saw how development and learning actually take place, with the support and collaboration of others such as teachers and parents. On the video, young learners do social interaction with their teacher and friends.

    3. Yes, the teacher applied a proper method. On the video, the teacher turn the lessons into a fun class using songs. The teacher ask the young leaners to dancing and singing.

    4. Lesson Plan
    Topic : daily routines
Objectives : enable the students to express their daily routines.
    Time allocation: 45 minutes
    Students’ level: beginner
    Students’ number: 15-20 students

Share the students some verbs which might be used to express their daily routines. For example, brush, wake up, get up, and so on. Make such a flashcard which contains each word of daily routines. Then, stick the cards on the wall surround the class.

To make the class alive, the song and dance inserted in this activity. I will tell the students before moving around the class if the teachers clap their hands twice mean the students must sing the songs and dance (songs agreed before the activity). Furthermore, when the teachers clap their hands three times the students must stop singing and dancing and go to write the words again.

1.The characters found are imitating and being active. because basically children are still in the playground, so applying learning to music and then imitating is more interesting and then they are learn to imaginative, Young learners are imaginative. Activities that are full of imagination is a source of enjoyment for them. It is sometimes difficult for them to distinguish reality from imagination

2.In this case I choose Classical conditioning is a process in which a stimulus that did not initially elicit a certain response is associated with a second stimulus that can elicit it. As a result, even the first stimulus can elicit a response (Powell, Symbaluk, and Honey, 2009). According to classical conditioning theory, perhaps, we often hear our favorite music when we are in a good mood or when we are happy, so we think of our favorite music as a stimulus that can make us happy and for a long time the favorite music has been associated with feelings of happiness.

3.Yes, I really agree with the theoretical concept and the way it is taught, because children's learning process is interspersed with fun learning, interesting method and enjoyable things.

4.First of all, I will prepare learning media using music and Duolingo application media via mobile phones to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in learning foreign languages Then students will imitate and practice the style and learn through very fun media

    1. Young learners have the characteristics of energetic and easily bored. They also tend to be shy with adults or some with their new friends. They also tend to be active and like to imitate. Young learners like to experiment and are curious about new things. They are also more imaginative than adults. And they also love to be praised. They also like to study in groups.

Therefore they are very suitable for learning and playing activities. And that's young learners. Because they get bored easily and sometimes lose focus more quickly, the teacher must be able to make the learning provided fun. And also make students who are young learners comfortable. Because young learners are active, teachers must be more patient in teaching.

    2. In my opinion, the theory used in the video is to use the TPR (Total Physical Response) method, which is a language teaching method that is built on the coordination of speech and action.
In the TPR method, the teacher gives orders to students and then students respond to the teacher's commands with gestures. It can be seen there that the teacher always instructs students to follow his movements and also imitates both the movements and speech that the teacher says. In the video, it is clear that they use listen and do song.

    3. I think the method the teacher uses in the video is appropriate for teaching young learners.
Because young learners are easily bored and tend to be shy when asked to do something on their own. So the method in the video is correct, plus the teacher is really energetic and enthusiastic in teaching. So that makes the students also enthusiastic and also not ashamed anymore because the learning process is in tandem with other members.

    4. In my plan lesson, I will make a lesson plan using listening skills which are the main thing right.

    RPP
Title : listen and do song
    - Overview
Listening is an important skill that will help improve understanding and communication. Playing fun 'listen and do' games can help build students' confidence in identifying and using different vocabularies. They also help improve memory of keywords and word groups that ESL and YL learners will often use.

    - Objective
    student will:
Develop vocabulary Develop auditory and oral skills
    Develop self-confidence
Improve body health and be active.
Develop a spirit of cooperation with friends.

    - Materials:
    Music and sound system.
    Song and videocassettes.
And some accessories that will be used in the process. Like hats, funny glasses.
    And stationery.

    - Directions
Step 1: students will be asked to sit down and listen to what is being said

Step 2: after that I will ask the students to imitate what I said. And after seeing them managed to move and imitate those words. I will try to sing in a slow tone while moving my limbs. Accompanied by a song that has been played.

Step 3: Next students will be asked to stand up and imitate what has been sung and what movements are being done. And every few minutes the music playing will change. Because this can make students not easily bored.

    - Step 5: the students will actively move following the instructions given each change of song. Because they have gotten used to it.

-Step 6: after that I will ask the students to form groups. Each group will be asked to listen again
what music they hear and what movements they do, and remember what words they heard during the process by writing them on paper. And after that I will ask each group whether they remember the vocabulary they listened to while they were listening or not.

    -Evaluation
After that I observed the progress of the students, by looking at the answers to the assignments given and the participation of students in group activities. Are the above learning activities effective or not. Make students happy and comfortable or not.

    1. Characteristics of young learners in the video :
In the video the children are very happy to take part in learning, because the teacher using funny method. children have a short attention spans unlike adults who can force themselves to pay attention children have limited ability to give their whole attention to one situation, especially if that situation when teacher explaining a topic or an activity is not very interesting to them.
2.The theory used in this video is singing and dancing.Learning English with motion and songs can motivate children to and love learning English. The children immediately stopped, that's the theory in the video so that the children don't get bored.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses the correct method because the singing method and the singing method are activities that are very liked by children. Seen in the video, the teacher entertains students more while introducing easy vocabulary that is followed by instructions for students to follow what the teacher says or does.
    4. when I become a teacher later, for the first I will using fun methods, such as using games, singing and entering a few stories related to the material to be taught.

    MIDTERM EXAM OF EYL
    1. In the video, the character of a teacher is very good, where he is very cheerful and active in teaching his students. This is very important even though it trains children with music and movement in their learning system, because children will be happy when they are learning. The joy of students depends on who teaches them. Therefore, teachers are required to have a happy, active and creative attitude in teaching and learning activities.
    2. In the video I think it fits the theory of Arnold Gesell’s (1940)-Maturation 1
That we know it views that the children’s development indicates their maturation. Therefore, the effective instruction should follow this development level.
So, in this theory is that what is in the video is a training before learning begins where children will stimulate their brains to learn to accept the material later. In order not to be too anxious about what will be learned, a teacher gives small movements so that children can relax their brains when learning begins.
    3. Yes, I think the teacher is right in using his learning method for early childhood. Because I think at that age children are very difficult to learn, and there is only a desire to play. Therefore, as I have answered in questions number one and two, that training before the start of learning is very important so that children get used to it and can increase children's willingness to learn.
    4. If I become a teacher like in the video, then I will teach my students to be active in every class session. Which is where before the lesson starts, I will train them like the one in the video, then while sharpening their brains to think I can plan random vocabulary words and ask them to follow what I say. Then after that, I will ask them to name one vocabulary that each student has memorized and it can't be the same.

    1. They are very active, imaginative. They enjoy learning through playing. Young learners learn best when they learn through games. Let games be an essential part of our teaching. And they are enjoy imitating and skillfull in listening accurately and mimicking what they have heard. Generally they are more concerned about themselves than others. In the youtube video the students seems very happy and enthusiast to following and imitating their teacher dance moves
    2. Cognitive development theory, because regular movement experiences in that video help children to develop movement control, coordination and strength. Children begin to make sense of sounds before they leave the womb and the first response to it is through movement of their body. When a child dances , they learn about how their body can move. Through dance children learn to coordinate and control their bodies and the movement helps them develop spatial awareness.
    3. Yes the method is very appropriate for young learners. Because an interesting way of teaching can make it easy for young learners to understand what is being taught without being forced. With this method, students can learn something in an enjoyable and funny.
    4. My own planning lesson: I have some strategy to give lesson for young learners. At the first stage, me as a teacher must have fun way to give that lesson. Its like : Turn lesson into songs, create visual diagrams to illustrate or you can give some body movement for the children to make easy understand. Give a lesson in advance about the vocabulary or whatever lesson that you want to give that day, synchronize your lesson with song or dance moves. Ask your children to imitating and following your instruction.
Remember!! Always give the easy and funny intruction to your children.

    1. The characteristics of young learning through the video that uses the use of action songs are: 1). Action songs have the characteristics of songs that make body movements and all parts of the body and relate to language songs that help develop the language of young learners. 2). Children will follow and sing according to the instructions of the song and also the teacher and help children practice pronunciation in English and improve their listening skills. 3). active, effective and attractive teaching conditions for young learners, making learning more enjoyable. 4). Action songs give children more expression of themselves and make a quick response to what is heard by moving and talking. 5. Action song teaching materials can be in the form of numbers or vocabulary.
    2. The theory used in the video is that action song means that children can express more broadly and also improve their listening skills for those whose activities are designed to employ exciting, effective, and active activities in which children-children can follow, imitate, and even sing what is sung. As stated by Brewster, et. Al (2003) who said that children seem to have greater facilities to understand and imitate what they hear from middle school students and as is most often expressed in language skills. So this opinion is in accordance with language teaching that is applied through action songs for young learners. And in this action song, it also has individual interactions with other people as well as young learners' understanding of the target language culture.
    3. very precise because the adjustment of the song is also very suitable for the age applied in the video, the movements and words spoken are also not difficult so that children can follow.
    4. To use a method like the one in the video, first of all I will select and analyze songs that are suitable for the age of young learners which are whether the language and words in the song are sufficient and good for young learners so that they have no difficulty in accepting learning and also the song that I will choose must be in accordance with the learning objectives that students will receive, for example the goal is to improve students' listening and speaking skills by using fun learning.

    1. Children's characters in the video. They are very active following the singing and dancing teacher. They are very happy to learn while singing and dancing. They get a lot of new vocabulary that has been taught by the teacher. In general, children like the activities in the video, because it makes learning very fun.

    2. The theory used in this video is singing and dancing where the teacher sings and dances followed by the students aiming to express psychomotor, affective and cognitive skills with play activities that can be applied in movement learning and song and dance lessons. Besides being fun, singing can also make children learn tones, beats, rhythms and patterns. This is the gateway to a child's learning process.

    3. Yes, because for children learning to use the singing and dancing method is a very fun and not boring method. When singing, the nerve cells in the brain are connected. This makes the child ready to learn or it means easy to accept the stimulation given by parents and their environment. Dancing also trains motor skills to balance children. More than that, listening to music while dancing is also beneficial for improving children's emotional competence. For example, children become more empathetic, help each other, and are able to work together with others.

    4. I plan to teach using the singing method, for example I give some pictures of fruits on the blackboard and sing along while mentioning the names of the fruits in English, while pointing at the pictures of fruits on the board. And after that students will get a lot of new vocabulary and remember it easily.

    ANSWER UTS EYL
    1. I think the young learners in the video have unique characteristics that are spontaneous and active and energetic. Young learners also have high imagination and fantasy. In the video I saw the teacher teaching by using music, songs and also movements, the teacher was able to make children excited to learn with music (fantasy gymnastics). Therefore, young learning teachers must have a young soul. As we know that children from birth to the age of six years is a period of providing stimulation to help physical and spiritual development and motor development is also needed from the element of development and control of body movements so that they develop with nerve and gross motor muscle maturity. Learning using movement music usually aims to improve kinesthetic intelligence because children who have kinesthetic intelligence have good body coordination, their movements look balanced, flexible and agile.
    2. In the video, using Behaviorism Theory BEHAVIORISME aspects of linguistic behavior that can be observed directly and the relationship between stimulus (stimulus) and reaction (response). Effective language behavior is to make appropriate reactions to stimuli. This reaction will become a habit if the reaction is justified. As in the video, learning to use motion and song is the right way to stimulate children to learn languages. With an interesting method Children will be interested in learning.
    3. I think the teacher has used the right method in young learners, because considering that early childhood will be interested in interesting learning. This method provides opportunities for young learners to follow the teacher's movements repeatedly, in groups, in pairs or individually. The advantages of the Muliawan Motion and Song method (2017) are that it is easy, cheap, simple and fun; the knowledge or moral messages conveyed can be embedded in the child's memory for a long period of time; for certain types of songs can foster enthusiasm and passion for life, the spirit of patriotism and a great desire for sacrifice. It can be concluded that through motion and song methods children can learn while playing through concrete, not abstract activities. English learning activities become enthusiastic activities because learning is fun, children can learn language skills.
    4. I plan to teach using the movement and song method.
    Purpose of learning:
    1. Students can follow the movements and speech of the teacher.
    1. Learners can know the vocabulary and remember the vocabulary that has been learned.

    Learning steps:
    Introductory activity:
    1. Teacher opens greetings
    2. The teacher instructs the students to pray
    3. The teacher tells the students the material to be taught
    Core activities:
    1. Students pay attention to the teacher who is introducing vocabulary using motion and song. (Example of introducing body parts using English with song and motion)
    2. Students practice together with the teacher.
    3. Students practice in front of the class based on small groups (4 or 5 people).
    5. The teacher asks students about the vocabulary that has been taught and the students who are asked are required to answer.
    Closing activities:
    1. The teacher gives praise to students who have followed the lesson
    2. The teacher closes the lesson by praying together

    Answer middle Test.

    1. The Young Learner characters in this video are cheerful, happy, active and feel happy and really enjoy learning because they move and dance with the teacher, so they don't feel ashamed because they all sing and dance at the same time. This is what is meant by learning while playing and singing. This learning is very fun and does not make children feel bored with their learning. like this is very suitable for learning children his age or young students.
    2. The learning theory used in this video is learning while singing and dancing. The learning theory for singing and dancing is teaching and learning activities by using song or singing lyrics accompanied by movements or dances. This learning usually uses familiar song lyrics and the lyrics are changed according to the teaching material. Learning with singing and dancing methods can be done using learning media such as recordings on a tip recorder then singing and dancing together. Or without the media, meaning that the teacher directly exemplifies the song in front of the students. This learning is indeed very suitable for children their age, because at their age they are famous for a character, namely Can't Be Silent, which is a character that shows they always want to move, namely moving their head, hands, feet and walking here yesterday, although we still advise they just want to be always on the move. Therefore, the theory of learning to sing and dance is very suitable for children their age or young students.
    3. In my opinion, the theory applied by the teacher in the video is appropriate to be applied to young students, because what is called a young lesson must be active, cheerful and happy, and young students are famous for not being quiet and talking a lot. have to make them move a lot and one of the right theories is the theory of learning while singing and dancing. In my opinion, this singing and dancing method indirectly makes teachers and students creative, innovative, and it is hoped that students will be more motivated in learning, so as to create a fun teaching and learning atmosphere.
    4. Learning planning:
The lesson plan that I will do from the video is learning learning while singing.
First I will choose a song that is easy to memorize and again that is not foreign to them. Second, I will write the lyrics or share the lyrics of the song that will be sung with the students. Then I practice first by singing the song, after that I will instruct my students to memorize the lyrics, after that sing together.

    ( MID TERM TEST )

    1. Their characteristics in the video:
Learn while playing, singing and moving body parts.
They have short (not long lasting) attention and concentration.
They also learn best when they are motivated to engage directly in related activities. For example, it will be easier for them to learn material that uses vocabulary like the songs they use in the exercise.
that way they will easily catch and understand it.

    2. The learning theory used in this video is where a teacher invites his students to learn how to learn how to easily understand and not make them bored and besides that it can nourish their physical fitness. The theory used by the teacher is a theory where a teacher gives lessons for students by inviting students to learn a dance and practiced directly by the teacher then the students follow what the teacher practices simultaneously by following a musical rhythm that is played by the teacher to provide understanding and deft in dancing accompanied by music and besides that theory can help these students more easily like the learning provided by the teacher so that they don't get bored easily and don't easily complain about the learning given by the teacher

    3. The method set for young students like in the video in my opinion is very appropriate because in this learning the teacher provides learning that is very easy to understand by young learners and can be liked with pleasure by the young learners and this method should be developed by other learners to develop young learners to be even more active in learning and studying the lessons given by the teacher because this learning method uses song accompaniment and practices movements according to the rhythm of the song being played so that young learners can easily understand it and can easily memorize it because it is practiced directly using music and movements by the teacher.

    4. When after inviting students to dance and sing, I will also invite all young students to play games so that they do not feel bored and in the game I will invite students by giving assignments that involve coloring, cutting and pasting. so that they can find out and this learning makes all young students even more enthusiastic because the method that is applied can provide a sense of more enthusiasm and a sense of wanting to learn to grow hard for young students because this method is very easy to follow and understand.

    1.Characteristics of young learners include:
    - Learn while playing, singing and moving the limbs.
    - They have short (not long lasting) attention and concentration.
-They also learn best when they are motivated to engage directly in related activities. For example, it will be easier for them to study material that uses words or phrases such as “My name is….. I have a cat.
    - If a sentence or phrase is related to his or her objects, the child will pay more attention to the sentence or phrase.
    - They love stories as much as they love games. Through stories, students can be trained to focus more on the context as a whole than if it were stated word for word
    - At the age of 10 years (grade 4) children begin to pay attention to other people no longer only focusing on themselves. The child has started to open up, for example, has noticed you, that is his friend.
    - introduce English to them, start with something concrete and be accompanied by real objects or objects or pictures of the words being studied.
    For example:
That is window (pointing to the window)
This is the door (while holding the door)
    - the age of 10-12 years give activities to do together because the child is able to work together with his friends.
-Working in groups can create a sense of cooperation and mutual help, especially for a shy child will make him more courageous.
-In every teaching and learning activity of English the teacher must be able to create a conducive and interesting learning situation so that children feel safe and happy in learning English.
-In addition, varied teaching techniques or methods need to be considered so that children do not feel bored, for example with songs, games, stories and others.
2.Humanistic theory because this learning theory is more likely to see the development of knowledge from the side of the human personality . Humanistic learning theory also aims to build the personality of students by carrying out positive activities .

    3. Yes, use the right method because judging from the video, it seems that the students really like and enjoy learning through music and dance performed by the teacher.
4.I plan to use a singing method to young students by using a video or an existing device because I feel that using this method to young students gives them a sense of joy and enthusiasm for learning and teaching activities. The young disciples can also know good vocabulary and it will make learning an enjoyable atmosphere. Inj students’ and teacher methods can also be closer because the methods used are not quiet and serious

    1. In this video the teacher teaches by using music and movement. At first the teacher will give instructions, then the students will follow. Generally, the learners here are young learners who are seen from their age at the elementary school and kindergarten levels. At this age they tend to prefer playing while learning because the age level is very active. Through this music, vocabulary can be taught, then listening skills, and the movements instructed by the teacher will make them more sensitive. In the video when teaching the teacher is also very active and expressive, this can certainly raise the enthusiasm of students in learning
    2. The type of theory used by the teacher in this video uses behavioristic learning theory in which there are instructions and responses between teachers and students. Here the teacher uses the teaching method with music and movement. First the teacher will sing a song with some vocabulary accompanied by movement, then the students repeat what the teacher did. Likewise so on.
    3. Yes, I think this method is appropriate to use. Because the target is young learners from elementary school level and kindergarten. At this age students prefer to use this method because they will feel more relaxed in learning. So we as a teacher when teaching must be able to balance between providing subject matter with playing. In teaching, it must have an attraction so that students feel interested and happy when learning with us.
    4. Before starting to teach, of course, we as teachers must make a learning plan that we will use.
    - The first one before entering class, of course I will prepare learning materials and techniques that will be used in class
    - If we teach elementary school or kindergarten children, then start by greeting them and then reflecting on them first, such as singing or with movement.
    - After that, start giving vocabulary through movement and singing and ask students to repeat it
    - After some vocabulary is conveyed, start by guessing, such as using pictures or using spelling.
    - Then before the class ends I will ask students to say one word for today from what they have seen in singing or movement.
    - Don't forget their appreciation for every student who answers even though it's not necessarily right or wrong
    - End the class by singing to make them more relaxed

    2. The learning theory used in the video is dancing and singing. Both of these theories are very popular with children. learning by singing and singing makes it easier for students to learn or master a material presented by the teacher. especially in learning languages, this method makes it easier for students to memorize vocabulary such as jump, move, high, low and so on

    3. Yes, She did. The method used by the teacher in the video is very suitable for young learners. Because at this age a learner's reading and wiritng skill will be very limited. therefore the teacher can focus more on other skill, such as singing and dancing. And fun activities which make their time in the classroom enjoyable.

    4. The lesson plan that I will do for young learners is learn to use songs. I think this method of using songs is really fun and easy learners will definitely like it. First I will prepare a song that is easy to hear and easy to pronounce for children and of course the song is in accordance with the material to be delivered. such as material about knowing animals, then I will give a song about animals. and besides that I also prepared some animal pictures. and after that I will invite the students to sing together while showing the appropriate animal pictures for example.

-Young learners like to discover things
    -They prefer concrete activities

the characteristics of the children in the video are very active, cheerful, unique, energic, cute. little kids love to play. That's why teachers must be smart in teaching so that children don't get bored quickly

    2. Behaviorism, also known as behavioral psychology, is a theory of learning based on the idea that all behaviors are acquired through conditioning. Conditioning occurs through interaction with the environment. Behaviorists believe that our responses to environmental stimuli shape our actions.

in the video the teacher conveys the material with the play and play method, and those two things are the children's favorites. back to the theory of behavior, so yes that's the nature and behavior of children, love to play.

    2. I think the learning theory used is cognitive theory. Because the video shows a teacher teaching by singing and dancing methods. And I think this singing method can help develop children's thinking skills, can help children's memory, help thinking skills and abilities Children's motor skills, Children have great curiosity about the meaning of songs, Children participate in following the tone by clapping, and Children are also creative in expressing singing tones.
    3. Yes, I think the teacher in the video applies the right method for young Learners. 1. Learning to be young must be fun. Because young people like to play, sing, dance. This type of English education suits them well. They can express themselves, follow the teacher's commands with singing. When the teacher says "jump". They're gonna jump.

    2. I think the theory used in this learning is the application of English songs for singing and dancing. The teacher sings while playing the music, the students join in. And the song is playing like the gymnastics, so there's an order to "clap, jump, spin" arc

    3. I think it appropriate that the teacher applies the learning method to young people. A teacher must have known. What it's like to teach a child under 10. Because children love to play, where learning is not monotonous. And make students happy, then singing while dancing is a suitable thing to apply, students also know new vocabulary.

    4. The plan implement learning, using singing methods while dancing.
    Purpose of learning:
    1. Learners can memorize vocabulary by moving and following the teacher's direction.

    MIDTEST ENGLISH FOR YOUNG LEARNER
    1) Some young learners have their own characteristic. There are some of their generally characteristic that teachers and parents should know :
    1. They have short attention span. So teachers should vary their techniques to break the boredom. they should give varied activities as handwriting , songs , games etc.
    2. They are very active. Try to ask them to play games , role play dialogues and involve them in competitions.
    3. They respond well to praising. Always encourage them and praise their work.
    4. They differ in their experience of language. Treat them as a unit , don't favour those who know some English at the expense of those who do not know.
    5. They are less shy than older learners. Ask them to repeat utterances , resort to mechanical drills.
    6. They are imaginative. Use pictures to teach new vocabulary related to concrete meanings, but may have some difficulties distinguishing between imagination and real world.
    7. They enjoy learning through playing. Young learners learn best when they learn through games. Let games be an essential part of your teaching.
    8. They are less shy than older learners.
    9. They enjoy imitating and skilfull in listening accurately and mimicking what they have heard.
    10. They respond well to rewards from the teacher.
    11. They have limited writing and reading skills even in their first language.
    12. Generally they are more concerned about themselves then others.
    13. They have limited knowledge about the world.
    14. They enjoy fantasy, imagination, and movement.
    2) The learning theory in the video uses music and singing learning theory because learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. Learning the art of music provides opportunities for students to express, appreciate, be creative, form harmony, and create beauty. Thus, they can equip themselves with knowledge, skills, and behaviors that they can use to help solve the problems of everyday life. According to Rien (1999:1) argues about the opinion of education experts who state that the art of music has an important role in the life of a student. Students who participate in musical arts activities, besides being able to develop creativity, music can also help individual development, develop sensitivity, build a sense of beauty, express expression, provide challenges, train discipline and introduce students to the cultural history of their nation. Educators can form groups in the performance of folk songs, so that it will help students to interact, communicate, and foster tolerance among their fellow students. This strategy can provide experience and awareness, as well as students' concern for cultural diversity, and will ultimately reduce prejudice against the ethnicity of fellow students or other ethnic groups.
    3) I think the teacher in the video has applied the right method for the context of young students, because students at that age really need it. Learning for young students is essentially children learning through playing, therefore learning for young students is basically playing while learning, meaning that children learn through fun, active and free ways. Free means not based on other people's orders or targets and has the freedom when it starts and when it ends. In accordance with the characteristics of early students who are active in conducting various explorations of their environment, playing activities are part of the learning process.
    4) I plan later that I will use the music learning method because it will make students relax and enjoy learning. especially at that age children get bored very quickly, by using this music method children will learn with fun and will not feel bored with the material the teacher provides.

    1. I think young students in video have unique qualities that are spontaneous, lively and energetic. Young students also have a lot of imagination and fantasy. In the video, I saw how the teacher teaches using music, songs, and movements. The teacher was able to excite the children to learn from music (fantasy gymnastics). Therefore, a young teacher to learn must have a young soul. As we know, children from birth to the age of 6 are periods of stimulation that aid in physical and mental development, and motor development is as developed with nerves and superior motor skills. It is also necessary from the element of control of body movement. Muscle maturity. Learning with moving music generally refers to motor intelligence because children with motor intelligence have good physical coordination and their movements look balanced, flexible and agile. The purpose is to improve. Children's characters in the video They are very active in following singing and dancing teachers. They are very happy to learn while singing and dancing. They get a lot of new vocabulary that the teacher taught them. In general, kids like video activities. Because it makes learning so much fun.
    2. The theory of video is to sing and dance according to the teacher's instructions. Learning English with movements and songs can motivate children to prefer learning English. With movement and singing, it has proved to be an ideal tool for early childhood learning in a fun way and the best didactic tool for teaching language in early childhood. With the help of singing, children can pronounce their English vocabulary correctly. Repeating the song will sharpen your child's memory. Dance moves help children apply the vocabulary they hear and interpret the vocabulary without explanation. These activities can make children comfortable and happy without burdening their learning. This method aims to keep infants from getting bored easily when learning a language, to strengthen vocabulary comprehension of body parts, and to practice vocabulary pronunciation. Use movements and actions to strengthen your vocabulary and use the right movements to help your children sing together. This method is also training to develop the psychomotor skills of the child.
    3. I think the video teacher is applying learning theory well, as young students can see that they also enjoy learning. In addition, the materials taught by teachers through music and dance are highly correlated and easy for children to remember. There aren't too many materials, but they are solid enough for young people to understand. You can see that the age difference between the children in the video is about 5-8 years, but the teacher can still communicate the meaning of the songs and learning materials well so that the children can understand. Singing and learning your child will teach, master and practice the materials provided by the teacher faster. This activity also allows children to practice their ability to listen, sing and be creative. Therefore, singing is inseparable from the world of children. Children love to sing while clapping and dancing. By using the singing method in all learning, children can stimulate their development, especially in the interaction of language with the environment. And singing here is to help children understand the material, and they can learn the vocabulary practiced by communicating directly at school or outside of school.
    4. My future lesson plan is the play method. Because I think, when we teach young children, then do something that makes it fun. In addition to playing, I will also use the image and video method, to make it easier for students, and to maximize current technological advances. And much more.

    THE ANSWER

    1. The children in the video have characters who are very active in learning such as following singing, moving interestingly and they are very happy because the learning used by the teacher is not boring, the learning method used makes it easier for students to remember new vocabulary or vocabulary they already know . Not only that, lots of movement makes the body healthier and think smarter, because in general children are more enthusiastic about learning when they get freedom in their movement of thinking and their environment.

    2. The theory in the video used by the teacher is Singing, Dancing and Playing.
The teacher sings while dancing and the students listen to the songs that are taught carefully and follow the movements made by the teacher so that students learn with pleasure and quickly memorize what they have learned. With play activities the students aim to express psychomotor, affective and cognitive skills in learning.

    3. I think the method used by the teacher in the video is very appropriate, because all young children learn through meaningful hands-on experience, through touching, doing, and moving. And children also learn through sight and hearing. Although sometimes there are children who are lazy to move or don't really like music, but that doesn't rule out the possibility that they don't like learning outside the classroom, so I think when it makes them feel happy it will make it easier for children to learn quickly.

    4. In learning vocabulary for children, the lesson plan that I will use is the singing and dancing method. And below is the order of the Learning Implementation Plan:

    A. Learning objectives
    1. Students can learn and memorize vocabulary by paying close attention to the teacher and following the body movements and directions from the teacher.
    2. Make students excited, catch up quickly and don't get bored easily in learning.

    B. Learning steps
    1. The teacher opens the learning meeting in the classroom by greeting and greeting cheerfully.
    2. Pray together before starting to study
    3. Read attendance attendance

    C. Core activities:
    1. The teacher explains the material to be discussed
    2. The teacher practices the learning method using songs that contain easy vocabulary.
    3. The teacher asks the students to follow the song and the movement
    4. The teacher gives a quiz to review the material by singing while doing the dance.

    D. Closing activities
    1. The teacher reviews the material that has been taught
    2. The teacher justifies the words if there are students who mispronounce the vocabulary and give motivation and praise to students.
    4. The teacher closes the lesson by praying together

    1. The characteristics of the children’s in the video are :
    - They look happy and enjoy learning through dancing, singing and playing
    - They are very active.
    - They like to imitate and are skilled at listening accurately and imitating what they hear and see
    - Students look very excited to follow the lessons given by the teacher and do not feel bored
    3. Yes, I think the method used by the teacher is the method of music and movement. This method has several effects for the EYL class, including:
    A. Psychomotor effects: Music reduces stress and improves immune system function. Music can change moods. If your child is too excited, the right song can be calming and relaxing. If the children have been sitting for a while, the right song can add energy and excitement to the class.
    B. Emotional and social effects: Music is emotional and builds a child's sensitivity to feelings. Singing is a fun and motivating social activity for children. Singing together helps children bond and feel part of the group.
    C. Cognitive effects: Music helps develop attention span and memory. The combination of rhythmic movements with speech and song helps children develop their thinking further, including the development of "inner speech" and "impulse control", which contribute to "self-management and social skills"
Many teachers know that songs are fun and can engage young English learners, understanding the following benefits for children's development and learning will help them use songs more effectively.
    4. If I were a teacher, I would apply several methods to my students. The first thing I do is invite them to play while learning or even learn while singing and so on, because I personally feel that these methods are very effective for young learners.

    1. Characteristics of young learners in the video:
_ the first time I saw this video I saw that in the video a teacher was teaching playing techniques, by singing and moving the limbs.
_ In this video, students look very cheerful with the lessons given by the teacher.
_ in this video students are enthusiastic and enthusiastic in learning.
_ The technique used by the teacher is a good one because it can make students understand what is being conveyed.

    2. In this video the teacher teaches with singing and dancing techniques, in which the singing technique has the aim of making students not bored in the lessons given by the teachers, and remembering a lot of what the teachers taught at school. The benefits of the singing learning method can make students more enthusiastic in learning, especially if it is added by movements that can increase the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the students' heads.

    3. That's right, because art exercises such as singing and dancing are very good and suitable for children's growth and development. And the method shown also makes young students more enthusiastic and not boring, so that young students can participate in activities that are done well. Therefore, this method is very helpful for teachers in teaching and makes it easier for students to understand it.

    4. I have a teaching plan using the play method like the video, only the delivery method is different, I will pursue it by inviting students to guess songs, stories, books and others. And also learn by visiting a place such as a museum, historical places that can be learned from that place.

    1. We need to recognise that there are significant differences between these learners because they are at different stages of their development. If we understand some of these differences, we could comprehend and exhibit at different ages.

    2. the teacher using behavioristic Theory which there are instructions and responses between teachers and students. Here the teacher uses the teaching method with music and movement. All students follow the teacher's movements happily and energetically, because the teacher is also more active than the students, therefore the students are happy together so that the material obtained is very easy to obtain.

    3. I think it is appropriate for their young age, because their age is playing, with the teacher applying this method, students will be more enthusiastic in learning because it is accompanied by fun and exciting music and movements.

    4. If I later become a teacher, I will use this method in class by tuning a song in class, after that I will ask the students to sing along and ask them all to write down words that are difficult to understand, because with this method I am sure they will be faster memorize and pronounce vocabulary with practice

      1. In the video, children tend to be imaginative and active. They like learning through games and songs so they will be more motivated to learn English even if indirectly. Learning to speak while playing is a fun activity for children or often referred to as recreational time out activities.

      2. L. S. Vygotsky’s (1962, 1978) - social development theory.
The main concept of the theory is that how individuals interact with others and their culture affects their mental abilities. He distinguishes between ‘natural’ and ‘cultural’ development. Cultural development permits individuals to learn systems of cultural behaviour, including means of reasoning.
Basically, children will be active when the child is familiar with and interacts with the environment. they will feel confident and optimistic about educational learning, it will be so easy when children learn to understand the material.

      3. Ur (1996) says there are three sources of attention for children in the classroom, namely pictures, fairy tales, and games. In play, there is a need to communicate and this encourages the child to speak. They can talk to themselves or their friends, sing and play with the words being studied. For example, by equating the sounds /e/ and /ai/ Even though the words do not give meaning, this is generally encountered in the early stages of foreign language learning. These activities give children joy (Scoth and Ytreberg, 1990).

    1. The characteristics of the young ones in the video appear to be very active and happy, since the teacher taught the children in the way I thought they should be learning while singing and dancing. Because these are both popular with kids, not even kids, but even adults. The children looked pleased and received a good lesson. They can add a new vocab and know good and proper prononciation. For example: moving his body by jumping, then learning the colors of the clothes they wear, which young students can understand and understand by learning the colors contained in the video
    2. The method used in the video is to listen to those words: sing and dance. This theory USES singing and dancing to express and move the body. This method greatly helps children to keep up their studies, even though they may not think they are studying but they feel that they are singing and dancing. This method does not compel them to study seriously, diligently and otherwise. They just enjoy playing.
    3. I think the teacher in the video has adopted the proper methods for children's study, and the methods used are so popular with children that they feel less depressed and follow direction well. Singing and dancing are children's pastime, youth and adults alike. So they are inclined to be happy and perhaps not depressed
    4. I will take the children singing and dancing and show them the children in the video, and then I will teach them what is in the video by singing and dancing, teaching the spelling of the text of the video song, and then I will teach them to recognize the names of the limbs by pointing to the accompaniment and singing. Then I will introduce colors to the colors of the clothes they wear and spell and will afterward finish learning to teach with prayer so that I will always be endowed by god.

    1. The video shows a group of children actively following the teacher's directions to dance and sing. These two things are generally liked by children because they can be said to learn while playing so they don't feel bored when learning. So I think the traits seen in this video are that they like movement, fantasy, and imagination. So that learning looks fun and easy to understand by young learners.

    2. In this video there is a behavioristic learning theory in which this theory revolves around the idea that learning is achieved when an appropriate response is shown after the presentation of a particular environmental stimulus. The behaviorist approach can still be applied to teaching that focuses on remembering facts, remembering steps, learning rules, or generalizations. This theory can be applied either through learning apps or games, in this video using music and dance. So that young learners can learn through experience and what they hear. The music and dance in this video involve a wider range of motion, coordination, strength, and endurance than most other physical activities. This is achieved through movement patterns that teach coordination and kinesthetic memory. In addition, there is also cognitive theory because music and dance can help young learners make spontaneous movements when presented with movement ideas or problems that can be solved by movement responses. Movement provides a cognitive loop between ideas, problems, intentions, and outcomes.

    3. I think the method used by the teacher in the video is the right method. Because, with this method, children can be more enthusiastic about following the teacher's directions and they can enjoy learning so that it makes children more interested in talking, memorizing, and remembering.

    4. My plan is when I teach children their age, I will apply the learning by playing method (guess the picture), where the games I will make are pictures of animals, fruit and so on. Which will be guessed by the children. So it can help them to quickly remember vocabulary.

    2. In this video using the theory of the song/singing method, this theory is more about memorizing how the teacher puts the material in a song and can be sung by the students and this can be seen in the video that the teacher packs the action/command with the song he sings and the students follow and imitate it. This means that the teacher uses the application of the method of singing without media where a teacher is the one who sings not by listening to the song together. This theory has developed in Indonesia and is very easy to use.

    3. I feel the method that the teachers in the video use is a very appropriate method.

    1. Young learners really enjoying the learning methode that is fun and not boring. In the video, the young learners look happy with the learning that is carried out directly, namely by practicing and accompanied by music. Learning like this will indeed attract children's interest in learning so that the class atmosphere does not become passive.
    2. In the video, students learn by following the teacher's dance accompanied by music which is like the application of kinesthetic learning. To learn by “doing” and to act on knowledge is the basis of kinesthetic learning. This kind of learning holds direct practice by students and teachers so that learning feels fun. Kinesthetic learning is becoming more widely understood through the work of Jean Piaget (1896-1980), Howard Gardner (1944), and other cognitive theorists.
    3. Yes. The learning method by creating an active classroom atmosphere is very suitable for young learners because it makes everyone in the class participate as instructed. Also, learning activities are carried out outdoors and directly interact with the environment. Classes like this will attract attention and provide more motivation to learn for students because it gives students a feeling of joy.
    4. Studying with music and doing things that require students to move is a lot of fun. Learning like this can be implemented for all learning materials. Especially in language learning, students can memorize something with learning materials that can be sung, such as songs. For example, learning and memorizing new vocabulary.
In my lesson plans, I will try to take advantage of the existing environment for the teaching methods I use. For example, if the material discusses the scenery then I will take the students to go to the beach and realize what it means to enjoy the scenery. Learning that does direct practice tends to be easy for students to learn, understand, and remember.

    1. In the video, there are very many children who are having fun, with very interesting learning too, the children in the video really enjoy learning as it is done.
This kind of learning is very popular with young children, singing and dancing make small children not burdened when learning, learning while playing makes children catch on quickly.

    2. I saw from the video that the method in the video uses the singing and dancing method, this method is very suitable for learning today's children because these two things are things they generally enjoy with this they can be happier and respond quickly, and this method this very quickly helps children understand, whatever they hear and do so that this method can increase knowledge,

    3. I think the method applied by the teacher is very appropriate, because it is the method that the children want.

    4. When I later become a teacher, I will apply the same method because I think it is more fun and easier to convey, and I will also invite my students to watch movies so that they will find more vocabulary, and of course they will like.

    Midterm of English Young Learners

    1. In my opinion, the characteristics of young learners from the video are that young learners are more active in moving and get bored quickly, so teachers should be able to collaborate on how to teach as interesting and varied as possible like in the video, namely by singing and dancing but don't forget to also insert lessons. the lessons that will be given, now with movements that can make the atmosphere not monotonous so that the child can or wants to follow the instructions because the child feels comfortable and happy with the learning conditions.

    2. The learning theory used in the video is cognitive learning theory because with the singing and dancing method, young learners can develop good learning comprehension skills so that they can maximize the child's ability to absorb or capture the lessons given by the teacher without coercion but the child looks enjoy.

    3. Yes, I think the teacher applied the appropriate method to be used at the young learner age, as seen from the response of the children who were excited and excited about the singing and dancing method that the teacher did in the video, because young learners are still carried away in the world of childhood. children so that such a method is suitable for them because they can freely move to the rhythm of the song and then also sing with different variations of songs that can make them happy by learning like that then with repeated words children can also catch new vocabulary immediately easy to remember.

    4. In my plan, if I will teach young learners like in the video, I think I will also do the same thing as what the teacher did, namely in an interactive and interesting style for students because young learners are difficult phases for a long focus so that they quickly get bored with what they are doing, including in the context of learning activities. Of course, in addition to packaging learning in an interesting way, you must also pay attention to what you want to convey:
    - Make songs with some new vocabulary that fits the learning theme
    - Make small games that keep them interested in the middle of learning
    - Story telling about the theme to be studied expressively and interactively so that it makes them interested
    - Use other learning media such as canvas to paint, play videos related to the theme and etc.

    4. Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP)

Subject: Middle Test English for young learners

    1. The characteristics of young learners contained in that video are:
    Active and energetic
It's not unusual to see young children have endless energy, they very active and follow the movements and songs that the teacher directs very well.
    Cheerful
The video shows the joy and happiness in the children, they really enjoy the song and the movements they do.
    Has a high spirit
When children have fun desires and attract their attention, of course, children will try to keep looking for ways to understand the things they really want. For example, when children are interested in singing and dancing, they will continue to do these activities over and over again.
    2. The method used in the video is singing and dancing. Play is a natural instinct that every child has. The same goes for singing and dancing, so there's no doubt that they will really enjoy and be enthusiastic while learning while singing and dancing. they are also very active and follow the movements and songs that the teacher directs very well. With this method, they will be more motivated to learn even though indirectly.
In general, singing and listening to songs are liked by almost all children, including shy children, even if they don't realize it, they can learn vocabulary and phrases that are repeated in a song that they sing at a time. Children usually quickly memorize songs that are simple, cheerful, and easy to pronounce, especially if the songs are sung with appropriate movements. Learning to speak while playing is the right activity for children because children will quickly get bored of paying attention to monotonous lessons.
    3. The method given by the teacher is appropriate with the age of the child. Movement and song methods can be create motivation in children, curiosity and children's enthusiasm becomes high, improving speaking skills in vocabulary English through songs that are repeated and make children happy, improve children's motor activities using the motion method
    and songs.
Through motion and song proved to have been become an ideal tool for young learner in early ages to learn fun, and as a tool the best demonstration to teach language to early childhood. Songs, music and lyrics has many benefits for children for knowing English, songs in English creates a good atmosphere fun for children. Through movements and songs performed while playing can help children to further develop his intelligence not only in aspects of art, language and physical development only but also on development children's emotional and cognitive.

    4. My plan if teaching children at that age, I will do the same. I will provide material that is packed with interesting entertainment, for example by singing and dancing methods. This method will gradually increase the child's vocabulary and flex the child in pronouncing words. I will choose songs that are already familiar to children or new songs that are easy to teach and understand by early childhood. This method also invites children to move so they don't get bored.

    1. From the video, i can conclude that the characteristic of young learners are : they like learning while playing, they very enjoy the game with their friends and the teacher have to become as their friend too. The young learners like to move their body, but their concentrate will quickly dissapear and they can get bored easily. Thats why, the teacher needs to have to vary the learning. Example with various song or music
    2. I think the theory that used in that video is behavioristic theory. Behavioristic learning theory is a learning theory that puts forward changes in student behavior as a result of the learning process. Changes in behavior are caused by the interaction between stimulus and response. This learning theory is oriented towards better behavior.
    3. In my opinion, the teacher already use the proper method in learning. because it can be seen from the students who really enjoy the activities they do. The teacher teach by using song and dance, as we know that childern or young learner will exited doing learning by using that way. But even the activity is enjoyful, the teacher have to be very active and fun, in order the young learner will get carried away. Then, i can conclude that the role of teacher to be active and fun is important too
    4. Its my lesson plan learning while dancing or singing
    a. I have to choose one song that according to student characteristics and level
    language development
    b. I will make song lyrics that are not too long so they are easy to memorize
    c. I will choose dynamic, creative and fun song lyrics
    d. before singing I will give an example in reciting song lyrics
the. After the words are introduced, students are asked to imitate.
    e. Song can be sing together first. Then if it's been done smoothly
group. After that, if there is time, it is done in pairs and
    maybe individual

    Answer
1.) Characteristics of a Young Learners , We have a look at who our young learners actually are. It begins with a question: In terms of learning capabilities, particularly, how is a three year old different from a child aged ten? We need to recognise that there are significant differences between these learners because they are at different stages of their development. If we understand some of these differences, we could comprehend and exhibit at different ages. This will help us to create activities in the classroom that being better for the learner’s cognitive, language and social development. So, this session will analyse some of the differences between typical younger learners at different ages. Then, we can not fit the children neatly into boxes. We can’t say that by age X they will be able to achieve Y. It will depend on their culture, nationality and background of each individual, also on personality, maturity and exposure to English. Learn our learners stage by stage, and try to identify the different characteristics they are likely to possess.
2.) In order for a child to be good at reading and understanding the lessons conveyed at the age of 6 years, what must be done is to educate the child before he enters school. The role of parents is very important for the development of children. Children can be taught to recognize letters first. To make learning more fun, you can use image media. That way the child will more easily understand and learn what he reads. The role of parents should pay more attention to the child's growth and development so that he feels cared for. Always supervise children while studying. Ask the children what their difficulties are. Interesting and fun learning media will make it easier for children to focus on learning. If parents do not have enough time to teach their children, then what must be done is to send the child to a kindergarten (TK) or to bring in a private teacher. At the age of 5/6 years, children will more easily understand lessons. I think it would be better for children to be taught at the age of 6 in elementary school if not taught at an early age. For example, a mother teaches her child by speaking the language first so that the child can distinguish and learn by reading or memorizing through pictures, singing or playing a game that makes the child unsaturated and easy to remember. Slowly introducing children to something new, something they will not be surprised to learn when they get older.
3.) Yes, indeed I think he did. Because this method is very interesting for young students. So that young learners can learn according to their age, they do not feel pressured and follow directions well. Singing and dancing are children's hobbies. So they tend to feel happy and very excited to learn it. Singing and dancing exercises are also good for children's growth and development, the methods shown also make young students more enthusiastic and not boring. Apart from that, it can also help them be active in learning and never get bored.
4.) From what I saw in the video that I will take the children singing and dancing and show them the children in the video, and then I will teach them what is in the video by singing and dancing, teaching the spelling of the text of the video song , and then I will teach them. to recognize the name of the limb by pointing to the accompaniment and singing. Then I will introduce the color to the color of the clothes they wear and the mantra and after that I will finish teaching and learning with a prayer so that I will always be blessed by God.

    (1) Learn our learners stage by stage, and try to identify the different characteristics they are likely to possess.

    A. Pre-school or Early School Years

At this level, sometimes called kindergarten and reception (with students anywhere from 3 to 5 years old). They will not be used to the normal classroom. Indeed, the English classroom may be the first classroom experience they will have encountered. Learners will have limited motor skills and some will still be learning to use pens and scissors. Children will have few language capabilities and will not be able to analyse language. At this age a learner’s reading and writing skills will be very limited – some students will be moving ahead, others will be unable to grasp a pencil properly. In this age students will not understand the need to communicate in English. Therefore we may look to introduce several listening and speaking activities into our classroom, trying to give a fun introduction to English words. Other activities are properly worked well at this level include chants, songs, visual materials, stories and puppets etc.

    B. Early Primary School Years

Young learners are in the age of six. They become more analytical and logical in their thought processes. For the next two to three years, they will see the patterns of their own language and will have awareness about language. Students at this age will still be learning to form characters and words in their own language. In this level, they are be able to guide them into more independent activities, where they can work alone or in small groups such as collage making or design, where all have an input.

    C. Late Primary School Years

They quickly take on an increasing interest in the world around them. They have already for studying in a mainstream school and have an examination component. They in this age are conditioned to taking their learning more seriously and being tested on what they have studied. Their brains develop and they could increase their language capacity to absorb and retain information.

    (2) In the video, the teacher teaches with singing and dancing techniques, because the singing technique aims to make students not bored with the lessons given by the teacher, and many things are taught by the teacher at school. The benefits of the singing learning method can make students more enthusiastic in learning and not easily sleepy when studying, especially when coupled with movements that can increase students' knowledge, understanding and appreciation.

    (3) Yes, the teacher applies the right method. because of the method, which is used in the video, it is certainly suitable for use with children. they can absorb or remember vocabulary easily and practice it. so they forget that they are learning because it is so much fun to play plus like learning games.

    (4) If I become a teacher, my lesson plan is, learning that will attract students to fun in learning, for example like the one in the video, doing singing and dancing lessons, more or less I will also do lessons like that later for young students. and I will also do fun learning games for children, and children don't get bored easily to learn.

    Answer
    1. From what I see, the characteristics of young learners in the video are easy to accept learning from the teacher using the teaching method accompanied by songs. Children love to learn something from what they play. that way the children always look happy
    2. From what I caught in the video. teachers apply two types of teaching theory. namely listening learning theory using music or song media, vocabulary learning theory using song lyrics media, and theory attracting students' attention to learning interspersed with playing
    3. Yes, very appropriate. because the learning method accompanied by music or songs can attract the attention of children. so that children are not easily bored with what the teacher teaches. children will only think that learning activities are fun.
    4. The study plan that I might use based on the video is to invite the children to learn and increase vocabulary using song lyrics. I will introduce the children to another one with common vocabulary that is easy for children to memorize and remember. after the children often listen to the song and the lyrics feel familiar. I'm going to start giving the lyrics with some words omitted so the kids have to complete them with the words they remember. after all the lyrics are complete.

    1. Thats Vidio for learning and playing activities. And that's for young learners. Because they get bored easily and sometimes lose focus more quickly, .

    2. theory used in the video is to use the TPR (Total Physical Response) method, which is a language teaching method that is built on the coordination of speech and action.

And the video also using the theory of the song/singing method, this theory is more about memorizing how the teacher puts the material in a song and can be sung by the students and this can be seen in the video that the teacher packs the action/command with the song he sings and the students follow and imitate it .

    3. the method the teacher uses in the video is appropriate for teaching young learners.

Because the young learners are easily bored and tend to be shy when asked to do something on their own. So the method in the video is correct, plus the teacher is really energetic and enthusiastic in teaching. So that makes the students also enthusiastic and also make the students are happy and become enjoyed in her class
    4. I will make a class and the students feel comfortable and happy when they enter my class, and singing together is one method that might be done

    1. Video Analysis From the YouTube videos that I have seen, I can analyze that students are like
(Enjoy playing with a lot of friends or a group with many members)
This can be seen when they are on YouTube videos expressing their happiness with each other with smiles and their happy laughter when they see each other's faces. ️
    (Happy to move)
it can be seen when they see a teacher who teaches then they tend to make movements whether consciously or not. And they even love to follow the movements of the dance guide/dance teacher. ️
( Nice to do things in general/many person)
This can be seen when they follow every stage of the movement they see either from a teacher who teaches it or a friend around them. And wherever they are, they look happy. ️
    (Happy to play)
The children in the video seem very motivated to learn, whether they are learning to introduce English vocabulary or a movement when learning is facilitated by games, because their world is a world of play full of joy. ️
    ( Enjoy imagining and creating)
Students seem to tend to like to imagine and make things according to what they imagine. Sometimes once in a while they move according to what they imagine.

    2. I think the learning theory used in the video is Behavioristic Theory because it can be seen in the YouTube video that these young students enjoy learning with their peers, are quick to respond to what they see, clearly visible changes in behavior/movement as a result of interaction. between them and their peers/teachers who teach them, and in the video it can be seen that this young student enjoys interacting with his friends, especially an adult who brings joy to them. It is always seen how young students on YouTube can be said to use Behavioristic theory, this is because it seems that they like some of the given stages, whether it's the stages in the movement they receive from a teacher, whether it's learning using English with a nursery rhyme or even a game in every move.

The Behavioristic Learning Theory: Behavioristic learning theory is a theory that studies behavior in the learning process, this is because the analysis carried out lies in the behavior that appears, is described, and can be predicted.
Behaviorist views that learning is a change in behavior as a result of the interaction between stimulus and response (Robert, 2014). Students are considered to have learned if they can show changes in their behavior. For example, a student can be said to have the ability to read if he can demonstrate the ability well.

    3. Of course, I think a teacher has applied a good learning method.
The reason is that in the video it is clear how a teacher teaches what he wants to teach at that time by making this young student happy and feeling no burden when he gets a lesson.
A teacher in the video is said to be precise in teaching as well because it can be seen how when he interacts with them, when he interacts with them he uses body language and children's language when speaking, so that a teacher looks like a peer of this young student.
What he does such as movement, a song that contains a direction in life with music and applause is enough to make them understand and master the material or learning given. This is evident when seen from every stage of the video on YouTube, this young student always follows the teacher cheerfully without complaining, understanding what a teacher is directed at.

    1. the young ones in the video appear to be very active and happy, since the teacher taught the children in the way I thought they should be learning while singing and dancing.

    3. the video teacher is applying learning theory well, as young students can see that they also enjoy learning.

    4. My plan, the first step, I will prepare teaching materials in advance, such as songs, and movements. Then when the study wanted to start, praying, I instructed one person to lead the prayer before studying, and pray together. Then, I will check the attendance of young learners for about 20 minutes. After that, I will invite the children to line up neatly to warm up firstly, and I will make a class and the students feel comfortable and happy when they enter my class, and singing together is one method that might be done

    1. Young students are a phase where they are active, have great curiosity, and enjoy trying many things. By doing learning that is in accordance with the characteristics of each child, the learning results will provide maximum results. Keep in mind that teaching using good learning methods will greatly affect the development of children, even for young students this will have an important effect as they grow older.
    2. The video uses behavioristic learning theory. This is because there is an interaction between teachers and students when teaching and learning activities take place, when learning takes place, the teacher provides stimulus to students by singing and dancing accompanied by cheerful music so that students will respond by following what is done by the teacher. This is good for the formation of student character to create positive behavior changes.
    3. Using a listening learning method is the right thing to do, because students are free to express themselves at the time of learning which results in students feeling that they are doing a very pleasant thing while studying. By using the method of singing and dancing students are instantly in question what they are learning which results in them not bored and only learn about the theory alone without making it.
    4. RPP (learning implementation plan) is something that has been developed from the syllabus to direct learners' learning activities in an effort to achieve Basic Competence. Therefore, teachers can adjust the plan they will use but must still refer to RPP. Here's the RPP I'm going to do:
    • During teaching and learning activities, it would be nice to have a simple conversation before learning such as:
    A: hello, good morning student
    B: good morning teacher
    A: how are you today?
B: i am fine, and you
A: i am fine too, thank you
Just starting learning, the conversation can be changed so that students do not feel bored and can practice other simple conversations.
    • Study the material that has been determined according to the syllabus
    • Interacting with students such as memorizing vocabulary by singing to make it easier to remember, adjusting the material that has been learned, and improving basic English skills (listening, speaking, and reading).
    • Create a suitable learning atmosphere for students
    • Analyze students' abilities in lessons
    • Make students have interests and interests in the lessons learned
    • Applying things has been learned
    • Motivate students
    • Ensure that students have achieved basic competencies.
