    1. The foreign language learning element in the video is vocabulary. The teacher applies this through the use of Picture Card Media to students and asks students what pictures are on the card. After using picture card media, the teacher in learning emphasizes the aspects of reading and reciting, students who use picture card media during the learning process look very enthusiastic and can understand the material being taught well. The teacher also teaches learning methods by singing so that children don't get bored, and moving a lot or demonstrating so that children will be enthusiastic in learning and the material is easier for them to understand.
    2. The role of the teacher:
Educator is the main and foremost role, this role is more visible as an example for students, as a role model, providing examples in terms of attitudes and behavior, and shaping the personality of students.
The role as a leader, as a teacher leader gives more freedom in a responsible manner to students. Thus, the discipline that has been enforced by the teacher from this role as a leader is the discipline of life.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses structured lesson plans in the teaching process. Because, planning can make learning take place systematically. The learning process does not take place in a simple way, but takes place in a directed and organized manner. Thus teachers can use time effectively to achieve learning objectives and learning success. This can take place through good lesson planning.

    4. In my opinion, the method taught in the video is in accordance with the context of foreign language teaching for young learners. And the method preferred by Indonesian students, especially young learners, is the method of learning while playing, learning while singing, studying while watching movies or videos. In this method, of course, the teacher must make a lot of effort and gesture that makes the children enthusiastic and must invite the child to move his body, this triggers the children not to get bored in learning. And the teacher also directs, as well as spelling or pronunciation in teaching English to be good and correct so that children understand and are not wrong in mentioning English.
    5. The material recognizes body parts. In this introduction to body parts, children sit in a circle with the teacher in one of them. For the beginning, the teacher teaches the body parts by showing the pictures to the children and they guess what part is in the picture, after guessing the teacher shows the body parts with movements or gestures that the children will automatically follow. Next, the teacher plays a song that sings body parts to the children and practices it directly in front of the children while following the song and shows which body parts are in rhythm with the song sung with movement and gesture and is encouraging. So that the children follow what the teacher does.

In the classroom, the teachers and the students are the language learners. The teachers’ experiences in language learning influence what and how they teach in the classroom. The students’ experiences in language learning also influence what and how they learn the language in the classroom. This study discusses the interaction experiences of the language learners, i.e. teachers and students. It investigates what the students and the teachers think of
the meaning of interaction in English learning, how they experience the interaction, how they interpret it, and how they actualize themselves through interaction. It also investigates how classroom interaction develops the participants’ personal development in English learning.

Interaction is the essence of communication. Learning to interact in English means learning to communicate in English. Interaction becomes an important aspect in language learning because it is what people do in daily lives. They may talk, challenge, interrupt, or query each other. There is a willingness to cooperate verbally as the part of the interaction. In the classroom, both the teacher and the students should have the willingness to participate in the interaction.

Language learning is a process that involves both an individual and context as the main elements. An individual is the learner her/himself. The context is the events and community where the language learner is struggling to achieve communicative goals through the means of the target language. Learners’ experience is another aspect that also plays an important role in their language learning.
The understanding of the meaning of interaction may vary from one language learner to another. This factor influences how the learners actualize themselves in interaction. It is a need to do a research in describing and interpreting the meaning of interaction. The description and interpretation will figure out the real interaction completely with the factors underlying it. It is the understanding of the meaning of the interaction that based the real interaction that happened in the classroom.

    1. The type of foreign language learning element is the teacher explains in detail and writes it on the blackboard, then the children follow what is said. the teacher teaches speaking, reading and listening. then do the movements so that the children do not get bored in learning.

    2. the teacher explains in detail in each material, then uses movements, writes on the blackboard, then says the words in each material and the children follow it well.

3.Yes, because lesson plans are very important for a teacher. in the RPP explains the learning structure for the next semester, in addition to the RPP there is also an explanation of some things that students can and can't do.

    4. The method taught by the teacher is very easy to understand from speaking, listening, reading very clearly. the children understand well, in addition, the teacher uses the method of movements in every word that is taught. I am very suitable for students in Indonesia because learning is not boring and easy for students to understand.

    5. the teacher teaches material about vocabullary. Vocabulary is very important for children who are learning a foreign language, let alone our older children are still learning how to add vocabullary.

    1. The learning element obtained from the video is vocabulary. The teacher uses pictures to show the word spirit accompanied by the spirit and gestures of the teacher. The teacher also teaches the singing method so that children don't get bored in absorbing words.
    2. The role of the teacher in the video is as a guide, providing examples such as discipline, obedience, and kinship. Discipline in terms of behavior and morals.
    3. Yes, the teacher gives the material according to the lesson plan made. Because in order to be more structured in the teaching and learning process. RPP will also make the teaching and learning process achieve maximum learning objectives and learning outcomes.
    4. In my opinion, this method is in accordance with the context of learning foreign languages. Because the teacher has created methods that are liked by children. For example, by giving a picture accompanied by the teacher's expressions and gestures, then the children follow the instructions given by the teacher, by singing while studying, watching movies together while studying. It will make children more enthusiastic in learning because such learning will not make children feel bored and bored.
    5. Material introduction of body parts. The teacher provides this material by bringing himself closer to the children. Because the teacher is easy to sit with the children, then the teacher shows while the teacher says the sentence and is then followed by the children and the teacher imitates what is in the picture with the body followed by the children.

    The second Video
    1. Vocabulary is the foreign language learning component in the video. The teacher demonstrates this to students by using Picture Card Media and asking them to identify the images on the card. The teacher in learning stresses the components of reading and reciting after utilizing image card media, and students who utilize picture card media during the learning process appear to be highly passionate and grasp the content being taught well. The teacher also teaches learning methods like as singing to keep the children from becoming bored, as well as moving around a lot or showing to keep the children interested in learning and make the information simpler to absorb.
    2. The role of teacher, Educator is the primary and most prominent function; this role is more visible as a role model for pupils, providing examples of attitudes and behavior, and influencing students’ personalities.
As a teaching leader, you have more freedom to give kids in a responsible manner. As a result, the discipline that the teacher has imposed as a result of his or her job as a leader is the discipline of life.
    3. The teacher does, in fact, employ structured lesson plans in the classroom. Because planning allows learning to take place in a systematic manner. The learning process is not straightforward; rather, it is planned and organized. As a result, teachers can make better use of their time in order to achieve learning objectives and success. This can be accomplished with effective lesson planning.
    4. The strategy described in the movie, in my opinion, is appropriate for teaching foreign languages to young learners. The method of learning while playing, singing, or studying while watching movies or videos is popular by Indonesian students, particularly young learners. Of course, in this method, the teacher must exert a great deal of effort and make gestures that elicit enthusiasm from the children, as well as invite the child to move his body, which encourages the children not to become bored while studying. And the teacher guides, as well as spelling and pronunciation in teaching English, should be nice and correct so that children comprehend and do not make mistakes when mentioning English
    5. Body components are recognized by the substance. Children sit in a circle with the teacher in one of them during this introduction to body parts. To begin, the teacher shows the children pictures of body parts and asks them to guess which part is in the picture. After the children have guessed, the teacher shows the body parts with movements or gestures that the children will automatically follow. The teacher then plays a song to the children that sings body parts and practices it in front of them while following the music, demonstrating which body parts are in time with the song sung using movement and gesture and encouraging them. So that the students imitate the teacher’s actions.

    1. From the video that I have watched, I found several types of elements that are known to be listening, reading, speaking, and vocabulary. The teacher explains and practices some of the material he teaches by training students to speak, practice words, read the words on the blackboard then the students repeat what he said so that students always remember and don't easily forget, then train the students speak with words.
    2. The role of the teacher is to make it easier for students to learn English, here the teacher named val the very first thing he does is introduce himself so that students know his name and what he is, the role of val is the teacher to teach English lessons by way of jokes so that the students are not tense with what he teaches.
    3. It is not in accordance with the RPP because what the teacher teaches is still using everyday language, a familiar language that is widely used by the audience, if it is appropriate then the teacher does not teach children to use everyday language, so I don't think it is in accordance with the RPP.
    4. In my opinion, the first video I saw was in accordance with the context of teaching foreign languages because what I saw from the opening to the end was how to catch up with teachers in English lessons, I really agree with the first video which is prioritized for Indonesian students, because the language is still very basic and very familiar.
    5. In my opinion, in the first type of video, because in the first video the material is very easy to learn because it is still about the alphabet, vocabulary, how are students' attitudes in class and how to ask other people's condition by asking 'how are you?' or 'how was your day today was fun or not?' and even in the first video, the teaching method is fun and funny so the students don't get bored to follow the English lessons taught by the teacher.

    1. In the video I choosen I found the kinds element of foreign language learning such as vocabularies, listening and speaking. In that video she used some media to introduce the vocabularies such as image/picture, song and video.
    2. In the video, he plays his role as a teacher, parent and playmate who introduces some vocabulary through songs, pictures, videos. because in the video I chose the way they learn is not too formal, and is made as interesting as possible by playing.
    3. Yes, the teacher used a structured plan in her teaching proses. Because a structured plan in the teaching process is important. especially in this video he tries to make the learning atmosphere fun and not boring, of course she used a structured plan.
    4. In my opinion, the method used in the second video is in accordance with the context of learning foreign languages. Because in this video a teacher makes the learning process interesting and not boring. in this case a teacher creates things as creative as possible so that students want to take part in learning. For example, by showing a video and then students guess the name of the object shown in the video. Besides that, the teacher also uses songs to introduce some body organs.
    5. the material in the video is vocabularies. First is body recognition material by using a song while showing the mentioned body parts, then weather recognition by showing some pictures, and also introducing some objects in the form of clothes shown in the video.

    1. Teaching vocabulary using pictures. Vocabulary is a possible material that should be taught to students, but improving vocabulary is not easy for the teachers. Teachers should be able to create or choose a technique or use media, which are good for the students. Medias are the tools, materials, or events that are used to facilitate the instruction to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes and engage the learner in a topic or as the basis of a whole activity. Through pictures the students can catch and memorize the lesson faster, especially in vocabulary. Teacher just shows the pictures about objects, places, people, etc to them so that the teaching learning process can be reached.

    2. The role of the classroom teacher is to manage the classroom. This includes promoting learning and supplementing activities, using support media, using a variety of teaching approaches, and adapting instruction to include all students. The classroom teacher is in charge of each student's overall academic program.

    3. Yes, the teacher uses a structured lesson plan in his/her teaching process because the teacher has really prepared learning media well, the learning process is well organized, the teacher can also control the classroom.

    4. Yes, in my opinion this method is in accordance with the context of learning foreign language, because the teacher uses a method that is suitable for children. for example by showing pictures, by singing, watching videos, so that way can make children learn more enthusiastically. I think students in Indonesia prefer to learn while singing. There are many nursery rhymes in English. Most of the songs are also interactive where children can follow the movements and teach new vocabulary. e.g. “Head, shoulders, knees, and toes…”
By playing lots of English children's songs, children can follow the songs and practice their pronunciation. In addition, you can also play the song on television so that children can also learn to read English lyrics.

    5. First, the teacher teaches body parts by mentioning body parts and then showing pictures while moving the mentioned body parts, then the children imitate the movements exemplified by the teacher. The second teacher shows pictures last season, the children say the names of the seasons according to the pictures. The last the teacher shows a video which shows the clothes then the children name the objects according to what is shown in the video.

    1.       The language learning element taught by the teacher in the video is vocabulary, pronunciation and listening. Teachers do learning about body parts using flash cards. The teacher will name the parts of the body on the card using gestures. The teacher also names the parts of the body with song and movement. In this learning process students not only learn about vocabulary, this learning process also helps students to enhance their listening skill, where students listen to what the teacher is talking about. This learning process also helps students to improve their pronunciation skills, after students hear what the teacher says the student will try to repeat what the teacher was talking about.

    2.       Teacher’s roles

    a.       Teacher as Educator. In the video, it can be seen that it is the teacher who provides information to the students. Teachers who plan, give lectures, ask various questions to students and make tests for children. When the teacher gives the material, the child is tasked to see and follow what the teacher teaches. In addition to teaching children, as educators, teachers are also role models for students in providing examples of good attitudes and behavior.

    b.       Teacher as Counselor. Teachers may not be able to inspire and motivate students to learn without first building a close relationship with them. Therefore, the teacher in the video makes a circle so that the teacher can reach all students, the teacher also invites students to communicate, the teacher also goes around to control student work and invite students to communicate.

    c.       Teachers as Learning Managers. The teacher organizes and prepares the material in a neatly structured manner and teaches it in the classroom. The teacher directs students to do several kinds of activities that have been prepared by the teacher such as mentioning the words being taught and doing movements, singing, watching videos, playing guessing words with cards.

    d.       Teachers as motivators and inspirations. Teachers must be motivators and inspirations for children so that children will be more enthusiastic and interested in learning. Teachers must have great enthusiasm in the learning process so that children will also be enthusiastic.

    3.       Yes, the teacher in the video uses a lesson plan because the lesson plan will make learning foreign languages run in a structured and systematic way. Thus, the learning process is efficient and does not waste much time in one material. Lesson plans will also make learning from material, methods according to the characteristics of the students this will help teachers and students to achieve learning objectives well.

    4.       The method used in the video is an interactive and kinesthetic method. In the video, it can be seen that the teacher continuously invites students to communicate and participate actively in learning, the teacher also uses picture cards and videos. I think the method used by the teacher is very suitable for the context of foreign language learning where the teacher is teaching centered. The teacher will look for, plan and teach the material to the child and the child will pay attention and try to follow the teacher. This method is very suitable for young learners because this method is in accordance with the characteristics of children, namely kinesthetic learning, through imagination. In the video, the teacher conveys the material by singing and movement, using cards, watching the video, after which the children are asked to fill out the exercise book. In my opinion, all the learning methods and techniques used in the video are suitable for Indonesian students. Because the characteristics of children are not much different from each other they both like games, singing, movement, watching. So, we can also use the method used in the video for Indonesian students.

    5.       The material given in the video is vocabulary about body parts, colors, seasons and clothes. Each teacher in the video teaches a different material. The first teacher teaches about the members of the human body using cards, the teacher will show the card and mention it with a movement then the students will follow the teacher and sing, the teacher and students sing songs related to the body parts using movement after that the child is asked to circle one of the limbs using teacher-defined color. The second teacher teaches about the names of clothes by using videos in this lesson. The third teacher teaches the children about the names of the seasons by using cards, the teacher conducts a question and answer process, the teacher asks questions and the students will answer them.

    1. I choose the second video, from the video the kinds elements of foreign language learning are Vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, speaking and writing. The teacher teaches vocabulary material to children using flash card, picture, Realia, and books . The teacher also teaches the material while singing and moving so that children can enjoy and have fun while learning.

    2. The teacher roles from the video are as an educator and also a role model for their students, in addition to teaching teachers, teachers must also good model behavior and attitudes to students. Teachers help students learn by imparting knowledge to them and by setting up a situation in which students can and will learn effectively. But teachers fill a complex set of roles, which vary from one society to another and from one educational level to another.

    3. Yes, the teacher can use a structured lesson plan in the teaching process, because the teacher can know clearly about the material that will be delivered to students, so the teacher can anticipate if in the middle of learning he loses an idea, and can also help the teacher evaluate the course of learning ( whether according to plan) from the beginning to the end and make an evaluation.

    4. The method that the teacher uses in the video is teaching with media including using flash cards, pictures and books. The teacher teaches the material while playing, singing and moving so that students are happier and don't get bored quickly. and also the teacher explains the vocabulary by using a picture then the students follow it while moving and singing. And as a teacher who teaches young learners, they must be more patient with their students. And when the teacher teaches, they must display attractive body gestures so that children can easily accept the material. I agree with the second video, the learning method is very applicable in Indonesia, because basically young learners are children who at that age are very happy to be active and play, and we as teachers who teach children must be smart in conveying material to children so that they the child can receive the material well, for example by using learning methods such as the video above, namely learning while playing.

    5. From the second video, the teacher explains the material about vocabulary, namely the vocabulary of body parts. the teacher explains the material using media in the form of flashcards and pictures, the teacher also explains and demonstrates these body parts to the children while singing and moving, then followed by the students while singing and moving.

    1. The elements I found in the video is speaking, listening, reading. The teacher apply it through media. He make a presentation of material and the song to teach the material to students.

    2. Roles of the teacher in the classroom is to manage and control the class. He ask students to do something and the students get into his comando. But, this is bery interesting. Because the students feel very happy with the method ge used.

    3. I think he used a structured lesson plan. Because his way to teach is look very structured. The presentation of material also have been prepared and all the students get into his rules well.

    4. Methods of teaching foreign language that be used here is The Direct Approach method. Lessons begin with a dialogue using a modern conversational style in the target language. Material is first presented orally with actions or pictures. The mother tongue is NEVER, NEVER used. There is no translation. This kind of method is appropriate enough for Indonesian students. Because we have to generalize english language in the classroom.

    5. The material that be given in this video is "How Are You?" The teacher explain and exercise students to make expression of answering question 'how are you'. They are asked to expressing four expression. That is super, fine, ok, and sad. besides, the teacher also explain about the alphabet and the example of the words.

    I chose the second video

    1. The foreign language learning elements contained in the video are material, namely vocabulary, facilities, namely very adequate classrooms, equipment such as picture cards, picture books and videos. As well as learning procedures where learning steps are used in delivering learning materials.

The teacher applies these elements in the learning process by: The teacher uses cards containing pictures of body parts and then demonstrates them. The teacher also gives a paper that already contains the pictures and then the teacher gives instructions to circle one of the pictures with colored pencils. For example circling the head image in green. So that students do not get bored, the teacher and students sit in a circle and sing while demonstrating what is in the song. After that the teacher asks students to watch the video and respond to what is in the video. The teacher uses card media to introduce students to the seasons. and the teacher uses a coloring book and asks students to color the uncolored part of the picture in the book.
In this process, structured learning materials, facilities, equipment and procedures play an important role in foreign learning.

    2. In the video, the teacher acts as a facilitator, which is to provide convenience in the teaching and learning process in distributing material from teacher to student so that it is easy to understand. The teacher also acts as an organizer where the teacher organizes the classroom environment to keep it conducive. And the teacher also acts as a mediator, namely the teacher provides learning media that is easily captured by students.

    3. Yes, because during the learning process the teacher has prepared what will be done during the teaching and learning activities. The teacher is ready with the materials, media, facilities, and learning procedures. From there it can be concluded that teachers use structured lesson plans in the teaching process.

    4. Yes, the method used by the teacher in the video is in accordance with the context of learning a foreign language, with this method the teacher can increase vocabulary, as well as improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing in foreign language learning.

In my opinion, the preferred method for Indonesian students is the method using cards, because students usually like to see interesting pictures and are very enthusiastic when playing with pictures.

    5. The material given in the video is about vocabulary. which is about getting to know the members of the body, through the media of cards, circling pictures and singing. Get to know objects used by body parts, namely clothes, jackets, pants and so on through watching a video. Get to know the 4 seasons by using cards that have pictures about the 4 seasons. And coloring using a picture book media in which there are pictures, but there are parts of the picture that have not been colored.

    I chose the second video.

    1. After watching the video, foreign language learning uses media such as dolls and pictures. the teacher gives the vicabulary, and repeats each vocabulary and the students follow everything that is said by the teacher. This activity improves listening and speaking skills for students. The teacher also practices by pointing out the meaning of the vocabulary and the students imitate what the teacher does. teachers also use songs and music in the learning process. The teacher also shows a video and then asks students what picture is being shown, not forgetting that the teacher also appreciates every answer from the student.

    2. In the learning process, the teacher has a very important role, the role of the teacher is quite diminan, such as providing examples of how good English is (model); provide a motive; so that students enjoy learning English (motivator); facilitate students in learning English (facilitator); Be a partner in activities in the classroom. Teachers are also communicators and evaluators.

    3. in the second video, the teacher does not use lesson plans because the activities in the class are not materially structured. while in the video teaching and learning activities such as learning while playing.

    4. I think the method used in teaching and learning activities in the second video is appropriate. because the teacher can master the class, students learn comfortably and happily so that students don't feel bored, because basically early childhood learning, they see, hear and do, and this is already qualified in learning in the second video.

    5. in the second video, one of the materials given is about Vocabulary. In these learning activities, the teacher also uses pictures and puppets as media. The first thing the teacher does is pronounce the vocabulary and then the students follow it repeatedly. The teacher also points to what meaning is in each spoken vocabulary. this trains students' listening and speaking development.

    I choose the second Video
    1. the elements of foreign language learning containd in the second video are about Vocabulary. The First teacher applied it in the learning process with the help of picture card of the Vocabularies being taught. After using the teacher's picture card media in learning, the teacher then teaches using a picture book which contains pictures of the vocabulary they have learned before. After that the teacher teaches by using the singing method so that the children do not get bored, the lyrics of the song are easy for students to follow, because it uses the words they have learned before and the tone used is also very interesting for the children. The second teacher also teaches using the same method as the first teacher, but the second teacher also uses video media that is displayed on a laptop as one of the learning media.

    2. The teacher's roles in teaching English as a foreign language in the video is as
The teacher and as a educator and manager in the classroom this role is seen in the video In the video, it can be seen that it is the teacher who provides information to the students. Teachers who plan, give lectures, ask various questions to students and make tests for children. When the teacher gives the material, the child is tasked to see and follow what the teacher teaches. In addition to teaching children, as educators, teachers are also role models for students in providing examples of good attitudes and behavior and shaping students' personalities.

    3. Yes, the teacher in the video used a structured lesson plan because from the videos I have seen, the teacher teaches in a structured and systematic way. The learning process also takes place efficiently and does not waste a lot of time because the teacher can manage the students being taught.

    4. The method used by the teacher in the video is the method used to teach young laerners. The method used by the teacher in the video is also in accordance with the method that should be applied in teaching foreign languages in kindergarten, because this method is a method commonly applied in teaching foreign languages in kindergarten.

The method preferred by Indonesian students, especially young students, is the method of learning while playing, learning while singing, studying while watching movies or videos, so that children do not get bored easily in learning. And the teacher must also teach spelling or pronunciation in good and correct English teaching so that children understand and don't make mistakes in mentioning English.

    5. The material given in the video is about vocabulary. The vocabulary taught by the first teacher is body parts through picture cards, circling images that match body parts and songs that are easy for children to follow. While the vocabulary taught by the second teacher is objects used by body parts, such as clothes, jackets, pants and so on through watching videos; the usual weather in nature using picture cards; and color vocabulary taught through coloring picture books.

    I chose the second video.
    1. In the video I chose, the elements used are vocabulary, listening, speaking, pronunciation using pictures as learning media. The teacher acts like someone who acts as the manager of teaching and learning activities from starting to mention the object first, then students can understand and follow it.
    2. As a facilitator, the teacher provides learning facilities such as picture books and picture cards to make it easier for students to understand learning and also create a fun learning environment. As a mediator, the teacher must have sufficient knowledge and understanding of educational media because educational media is a communication tool to make the teaching and learning process more effective. Innovators, in learning the teacher must carry out an activity effort to make students fresher and develop in the teaching and learning process. as a communicator, the teacher can communicate well with his students so that in the classroom the teacher acts as a learning companion for his students with an exciting and fun learning atmosphere.
    3. Yes, in the video the learning activity starts from a picture card game that makes it easier for students to understand and follow it then proceed with further learning that stimulates student development by being instructed to do something according to the teacher's directions provided with media for each student.
    4. Very appropriate, I think the 2nd video will be preferred for Indonesian students because apart from being simple and easy to understand, this learning uses image media that makes it easy for students to understand.
    5. From the video I chose, the type of material used is a card game with pictures and coloring. The material taught is about body parts, colors, clothes, and seasons.

    1. In the video, the elements of English learning given are speaking, listening, and reading. The teacher introduces these elements to the fun learning method, the teacher interacts and communicates with students. The teacher uses infocus to display attractive and colorful pictures and videos that can attract students' attention. The teacher also uses the blackboard to write and introduce words. The teacher also uses flashcards to introduce vocabulary to students. and the teacher provides games in learning to make it more interesting. The teacher also demonstrates words with actions so that students can understand easily.
    2. The teacher's role in teaching foreign languages in the video is as an innovator, facilitator, mediator, communicator and evaluator.
As an innovator, namely a renewal and development of a scientific system, so an English teacher as an innovator in learning is an activity effort to make students newer and develop in the teaching and learning process and know their identity both at home, school and society. teachers can teach with elements of speaking with lecture and practice methods.
As a facilitator, the teacher should be able to provide facilities that allow the ease of teaching and learning activities. The teacher should be able to provide facilities that allow the ease of student learning activities, creating a pleasant learning environment. in the video the teacher facilitates students with PPT which displays interesting pictures and colorful pictures to attract students' attention and focus, and uses flashcards to introduce words.
As a mediator, the teacher should have sufficient knowledge and understanding of educational media because educational media is a communication tool to make the teaching and learning process more effective. Teachers should have knowledge and understanding of educational media both types and forms, both material and non-material media.
As a communicator, a teacher must be able to communicate well with students so that in the classroom the tendency between authoritarian teachers can be reduced. The teacher acts as a learning companion for the students with a democratic and fun learning atmosphere. In the video, the teacher communicates with students by inviting students to talk. This is done so that the teacher can be closer to the students.
As an evaluator, namely to find out to what extent the teaching and learning process is said to be successful and the teacher is able to correct during the teaching and learning process that still needs to be improved or maintained. Evaluation or assessment is the most complex aspect of learning, because it involves many backgrounds and relationships, as well as other variables that have meaning when related to contexts that are almost impossible to separate from every aspect of the assessment. Teachers are required to be good and honest evaluators in giving evaluation.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses lesson plans in the learning video. Because the RPP can direct and serve as a reference for teachers in providing learning and in the RPP there are also goals and benefits in providing lessons.

      5. The material given in teaching foreign languages in the first video is the introduction of words, numbers, expressions, and sentences.
Recognize words by singing and writing letters on the board and spelling them together.
Get to know numbers by making games with the lift and invite students to read the numbers together.
In introducing the word, the teacher gives a flashcard with several expressions such as super, fine, okay, and sad. this indirectly the teacher gives lessons about some of the existing expressions.
The teacher also introduces students by making sentences. The teacher gives a short sentence so that students can recognize what a sentence is. The teacher introduces sentences accompanied by movements in each word. it can make students interested and not bored during the lesson.

    1. from the video the kinds elements of foreign language learning are Vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, speaking and writing. The teacher will name the parts of the body on the card using gestures. The teacher also names the parts of the body with song and movement.

2, The teacher roles from the video are as an educator and also a motivator for their students, When the teacher gives the material, the child is tasked to see and follow what the teacher teaches.

    3. Yes, the teacher in the video uses a lesson plan because the lesson plan will make learning foreign languages run in a structured and systematic way, And also during the learning process the teacher has prepared what will be done during the teaching and learning activities.

    4. In my opinion, this method is in accordance with the context of learning foreign languages for young learners, because the teacher teaches using a teaching style that is suitable for children. the way the teacher conveys the material is also very suitable, because the teacher brings the material while singing, watching movies, which is very fitting and suitable for students in Indonesia, because I think Indonesian students quickly feel bored, therefore there must be positive action from the teacher, such as by singing and etc.

    5. from the video I watched, Gutu explained vocabulary about body parts, the teacher explained using the media, namely pictures, the teacher also explains and demonstrates these body parts to the children while singing and moving, then followed by the students while singing and moving.

    I choose the first video
    1. The foreign language learning element in this video is how to teach phonics and vocabulary so that they can improve speaking, listening and reading skills. the teacher applies the learning process in a way. The teacher introduces the phonic alphabet by using songs. And the teacher explains the new vocabulary to students and practices it with several methods such as singing, reminder cards, making games. In addition, holding learning aids (infocuss) to clarify teaching materials, so that students are more interested and easier to understand the material being studied.
    2. The teacher as a role model or regulator in the classroom for students, we can see when the teacher provides training when learning takes place to students. In this way the teacher can more easily organize students to create an effective and conducive learning atmosphere, so that students can do what they are told by the teacher.
    • As a facilitator, the teacher plays a role in providing services including the availability of facilities to provide convenience in learning activities for students
    • Teachers as learning managers, teachers play a role in creating a learning climate that allows students to learn comfortably through classroom management.
    • The teacher as a demonstrator is the role to show students about everything that can make students understand and understand the message / learning information conveyed.
    • The teacher as a motivator, the learning process will be successful when students have motivation in learning.
    • The teacher as an assessor plays a role in collecting data or information about the success of the learning that has been carried out
    3. Yes, the teacher uses structured lesson plans in the learning process, I think Mr. Val uses lesson plans because the teacher prepares teaching materials, there are learning objectives, media, facilities, and the learning process includes competency standards and basic competencies. And structured learning steps consist of preliminary activities, core activities, closing activities (by providing an explanation of the purpose of group assessment or providing motivation), and evaluation.
    4. The learning method used in the first video according to the learning context is called (Audio Lingual Method) where the teacher practices a vocabulary or a short dialogue, the teacher instructs the students to follow the dialogue or vocabulary then the students guess the meaning of the vocabulary from the mimic , poses or things that are practiced by the teacher and can memorize them in a short time.
My opinion this method is suitable to be practiced by Indonesian students, this method is very effective to make students learn English quickly to understand the material and interesting learning process so that students are enthusiastic about using English.
    5. The material given in the first video is phonic material, new vocabulary (explaining the meaning using flashcard and practicing it). Make sentences from new vocabulary, then practice them in short conversations like “How Are you? The answer “I am Super or (fine okay, and sad) .
Indirectly the teacher provides an understanding of how to use new vocabulary in sentence form so that students can use it in English conversation.

In teaching speaking, after introduce new vocabulary e.g.super, teacher make it in a sentence 'I am supper' then students say the word following an actions.

    2. Generally, teacher has roles as facilitator and motivator. Then in this video, the teacher's roles in teaching English not only facilitator and motivator, teacher is as manager, assessor, model, and monitor. In this video, teacher manage students to focus on class using countdown, give award or points to students who joining instruction well, as model such as drill the word but actions, and he is a monitor to ask students in playing games.

    3. Yes, teacher used a structure lesson in teaching English. Because he has the goals of lesson is introduction new vocabulary, saying greeting and introduction herself as a opening, teacher does a TPR warm up with the class. Teacher has present the lesson use a media such as video and flashcards and teacher practice it used action in each word. Teacher also make a game as a review from lesson then in the end lesson teacher encourages the class to study hard and can learn more.

    4. In this video teacher used audio lingual method for giving explanation of phonic word e.g apple and cat. Teacher also TPR method, by actions and used anything or media for explaining material. TPR method is more preferred for Indonesian students because teacher must to sit and walk while they explain material. When teacher as a model of them, students get to see and following teacher's actions.

    5. In this video teacher explain about "how are you? " and new vocabulary included it. Teacher display an expression through power point. 3. Yes...of course the teacher uses the lesson plan design in learning. The teacher in the video carries out his teaching in a coherent and detailed manner. Starting from the opening, core, closing. Where the content of the material is in accordance with the age of the schoolchildren. Because the teaching of teachers who do not use RPP and those who use RPP, the delivery is very much different.

    4. The teacher uses the grammatical method because the teacher provides students with unknown vocabulary so that they gain additional knowledge to practice reading, writing, speaking. In this English learning method, language vocabulary is the target. We can learn it through direct translation of the original language.
After that, the results of the translation are discussed. This method has advantages when we compare it with other methods.
One of its virtues is to focus on the translation of its grammatical forms. In addition, this method focuses on memorizing vocabulary.

    5. In the first video, the material presented by the teacher is related to vocabulary. The material is about "How are you". These words are usually used to ask how someone we meet. Then, the teacher give an example of sentence from his screen and practice it in front of the students.

    I choose the second video

    1. The foreign language learning elements contained in the second video are about vocabulary, speaking, listening, drawing and action. In the learning process, the teacher uses picture cards with the vocabulary to be taught, the teacher points to objects that match what is drawn and the students repeat the word. The teacher also teaches by using a picture book containing pictures of the vocabulary that has been studied previously, and circling the picture whose vocabulary is in accordance with the teacher's instructions. The teacher also teaches by using the singing method so that the class is active and the children are not bored. The lyrics of the song are easy for students to follow, because it uses words that have been studied previously and the tone used is also very interesting for children to learn. And there are also teachers using video media that is displayed on a laptop as a media of learning.

    2. The role of the teacher in teaching English as a foreign language in the video is, the teacher makes English a fun activity. The teacher in the video teaches in ways that children like, such as singing, drawing and guessing vocabulary. This makes children interested and happy to do it because the more children are interested in an activity, the easier it will be for them to remember it. The teacher also teaches by using songs. Songs are the most effective way to learn new vocabulary and improve pronunciation. Singing with dance is very good for children because they can follow the movement even though they can't sing the song yet. The style or dance often describes the meaning of the song. Not only that, the catchy rhythm of children's songs will make it easier for children to remember English words.

    3. Yes, the teacher in the video uses structured lesson plans because the teacher teaches in a structured and systematic way. The learning process also goes well, efficiently and actively during learning so that children learn well and can move (not monotonously) during the learning process.

    4. The method used by the teacher in the video is the method used to teach young learners. The learning activities used are simple so students can easily understand, also focus on oral activities, namely speaking and listening, because listening activities must be reproduced so that children have a lot of language input. The teacher also does repetition so that children can remember and understand more what they have learned before. And also learning begins by teaching vocabulary not sentences. And the method of learning English that Indonesian students like is more or less the same, they like to learn in a fun way such as games that can be done, for example by playing Scrabble, games on smartphones, and other games that are in English and according to the age of the child, because the more When children are interested in an activity, the easier it will be for them to remember it. Students also like to learn with songs and watch videos, films or cartoons in English.

    5. The material given in the second video is about vocabulary. The vocabulary taught by the teacher is about body parts through picture cards, some are circling pictures whose vocabulary is in accordance with the instructions with the teacher, and songs that are easy for children to follow. The teacher also teaches vocabulary about clothes, about colors, and about the weather as well while playing guessing which pictures have the weather according to the vocabulary that the teacher mentions.

    2. • The teacher as the person who introduces new words, by showing pictures, and the original picture
    • Teachers as parents of children at school, not only teach but the teacher in the video gives praise to students such as "good, excellent, etc"
    • Dissolving class Situasion, because if the class is not happy, children will not receive the material, because it is boring.

    3. In my opinion, yes, because if we do not use lesson planning, we as teachers do not know whether or not the material we provide is appropriate with the syllabus that has been made, and learning will not be structured.

    4. • Visual method, by showing pictures, and students guessing the pictures, and becoming new vocabulary for students. Yes appropriate with the context of foreign language teaching. The visual method is very suitable for learning English in Indonesia, because with pictures children can remember words easily, and is a fun learning method.

    1. From the videos I saw, the teacher applied vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking and coloring lessons. With this process, students are easy to understand and don't get bored

    2. The role of the teacher here is as a facilitator.
Judging from the video. Teachers really develop their teaching materials, mastery of learning materials turns out to have an influence on students. In addition, the teacher can create a lively and conducive classroom atmosphere, followed by media or sources that strongly support the learning process.

    3. She does. Because the teacher has planned what will be done during the teaching and learning activities during the learning process. The materials, media, facilities, and learning techniques are all available to the teacher. It may be deduced from this that teachers use structured lesson plans in the classroom.

    4. Kinesthetic method. I think it fits the context of foreign language teaching. This method can be an alternative for learning English that is fast, easy and fun.

    5. The teacher explains about vocabulary, colors, body parts in the second video. The teacher uses pictures, explains, sings and moves from place to place for students to follow and to make it easier for students to understand.

    (I choseen first video)

    1. Kinds of elements of foreign language learning are found in video are vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and speaking. The teacher apply in his learning process First, the teacher teaches phonics (four new letters per class) so that students are good in their pronunciation. Second, teachers learn some new word uses action to drill the words, the goal is for good students to be confident in their speaking. Third, for listening teacher uses the countdown to refocus the class. Fourth teacher use game to reinforce the previously taught vocabulary.

First, the teacher's role as a facilitator, in the video the teacher is the main role, the teacher who provides learning services including the media used for teaching such as flash cards, audio phonics recordings, and power points.
The second role of the teacher as an organizer. in the video the teacher manages the learning process in the classroom from opening, core activity and closing.
The third role of the teacher as controller, assessor and observer. in the video the teacher is the one who controls and observes whether the learning has gone according to the objectives or not, the teacher uses points so that the class is controlled and the teacher can observe and assess his students.

    3. Yes the teacher use a structured lesson plan in his teaching process because in the classroom the teacher has implemented ki and kd, subject matter, learning activities, indicators of competency achievement, assessment, time allocation and learning resources. ki and kd started from the teacher teaching how to greet him. then enter the core activity, the teacher teaches students confidently in interacting, students understand the knowledge both previously learned and newly taught material, students apply the material that has been given seen when the class rules are read out. the teaching time is also appropriate because it fits with the class bell, then the teacher evaluates directly by giving directions to today's material and giving warnings for the next meeting, also giving an assessment through points between boy, girl, and himself.

    4. The methods used by the teacher in video are TPR (Total Physical Response) warm up with the class which he will add to each week. yes appropriate with the context of foreign language teaching.

After watching both videos I decided to choose the first video which is “Teaching English in China”
    1. In the first video a teacher named val focuses on 2 elements of English learning such as Vocabulary and pronunciation, but besides that Val makes other elements such as listening, reading and speaking connected. Val uses a unique way of teaching children, especially to train the five elements which are wrapped in brain-boosting games.
---Val started the lesson by practicing how to greet him to find out how ready, focused, and interested students are in learning to start learning a foreign language. Val is also very active, expressive and creative in creating interesting learning and making students very enthusiastic about learning. In addition, in implementing foreign language learning, a foreign language teacher must be able to refer to the local language culture of the language user, according to their respective backgrounds. As shown in the first video, Val can speak Chinese or the mother tongue of the student and always explains anything that has not been understood from the words that the student has just learned so as not to confuse students and students are comfortable during the learning process.

    2. Of course, the role of the teacher in the classroom as a person who transfers knowledge to their students. As shown in the first video. Val teaches his students how to pronounce the correct spelling of the word "Cc" for "Cat", then val performs demonstrations such as doing movements that can make it easier for students to remember vocabulary. This of course we call the teacher as an example or learning model.

    3. According to my perspective, after watching the first video in its entirety, I could find a well-organized learning structure from the first stage to the closing stage as in the lesson plan. As in the first stage, Val starts learning with greetings, self-introductions, learning rules, introductions about assessment in the form of points, core activities, final assessment containing learning motivation and repetition of material. It was as previously planned before carrying out the learning process. So, of course Val uses the lesson plan as a note or consideration in carrying out learning activities.

    4. Val uses the demonstration method by making himself a model of learning and involving students to actively imitate, speak, spell, express, memorize vocabulary, listen and read. In addition, val uses the AIR (Auditory, Intellectually and Repetition) learning model, namely first Auditory by always training students' hearing with new words, then doing Intellectually, namely quizzes in the form of word guesses, expressions, and short dialogues and lastly Repetition, namely repetition of sounds. words continuously with the aim that students can easily memorize and get used to the word and Val is a person who is good at Mandarin and always includes his mother tongue in addition to English so that students know the word with its meaning when studying. Because of that, I believe the demonstration method, AIR, and intelligent teachers in understanding the characteristics, language, culture, background of these students are very suitable for any foreign language learning, especially for students in Indonesia who make English as EFL.

    5. I think the material presented in the first video is material about introducing new words and how to spell them or in English we usually call them Vocabulary and Pronunciation. Because it is usually for beginners, especially for children, English is focused on spelling and memorizing new words. As Val does in the video, Val provides examples of how to pronounce each word in English correctly and how to remember it well in an interesting way.

This method is very suitable for children because this method is in accordance with the characteristics of learning while playing through movement. I choose the second video

1.The elements of learning English that I found in this video are vocabulary, and the way the teacher applies vocabulary learning to students by using picture cards, the teacher shows picture cards and asks students what pictures are on the cards, the teacher also gives picture books to students. students and mention one of the vocabulary in the picture and ask students to circle the picture mentioned by the teacher, then the teacher also teaches vocabulary to students by teaching it through songs because with songs usually children easily understand and remember, and the teacher also teaches vocabulary to students by watching videos together.

2.He role of the teacher in the learning process is very important needed by students, the teacher acts as an organizer, motivator, director, transmitter, facilitator, mediator, evaluator and others. The role of the teacher in the language learning process must be able to meet the needs of students, thus students can develop in a better direction. These developments will make it easier for students to get better results, and students will be able to overcome various situations in the use of language, especially English. so the teacher must be able to direct students in learning and be able to have creative and innovative nature so that in the process of learning to teach students do not feel bored because the teacher can teach material very interestingly.

3.I think the teacher uses structured lesson plans in the teaching process. because judging from the pursuit in the video, the teacher has planned the material he teaches well. so that in its application it is well structured and the learning process can be carried out properly without any confusion in conveying the material being taught.

4.In this second video that I have observed, the teacher uses a demonstration learning method, here by making the teacher a learning model and involving students to actively speak, express, memorize vocabulary, imitate and listen to what the teacher has said so that students can easily learn foreign languages . and here the teacher teaches vocabulary to students by giving objects to be conveyed such as the teacher showing a picture to students and telling English from the image so that students can easily increase the vocabulary. and I think this kind of learning method is very applicable in the learning process in Indonesia because the method is easy to imitate and interesting to apply in the teaching and learning process.

5.The material given in this first video is material about vocabulary. Here the teacher gives a new vocabulary to students through picture cards, songs, books and videos. the vocabulary that the teacher teaches is about body parts and colors, because young learners in learning English are given the surrounding vocabulary first so that they are easy to understand and remember.

    1. the elements of foreign language learning containd in the second video are about Vocabulary.
    2. The teacher's roles in teaching English as a foreign language in the video are:
First, the teacher's role as a facilitator, in the video the teacher is the main role, the teacher who provides learning services including the media used for teaching such as flash cards, audio phonics recordings, and power points.
The second role of the teacher as an organizer. in the video the teacher manages the learning process in the classroom from opening, core activity and closing.
The third role of the teacher as controller, assessor and observer. in the video the teacher is the one who controls and observes whether the learning has gone according to the objectives or not, the teacher uses points so that the class is controlled and the teacher can observe and assess his students.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses a structured lesson plan in his/her teaching process because the teacher has really prepared learning media well, the learning process is well organized, the teacher can also control the classroom.
    5. The material that be given in this video is "How Are You?" The teacher explain and exercise students to make expression of answering question 'how are you'. They are asked to expressing four expression. That is super, fine, ok, and sad. besides, the teacher also explain about the alphabet and the example of the words.

    I choose the second video

    1. From the second video, the teacher teaches vocabulary, listening, and pronunciation. In the learning process the teacher shows pictures and songs as well as movements about body parts, places, clothes, and so on.

    2. The role of the teacher from the video is as an educator, namely the teacher provides knowledge as well as a facilitator who provides media for learning. Teachers help students learn by imparting knowledge to them and by setting up situations in which students can learn effectively. Teachers as motivators and inspirations. Teachers must be motivators and inspirations for children and must have great enthusiasm in the learning process so that children are also enthusiastic, more enthusiastic and interested in learning because teachers are role models for students in providing examples of good attitudes and behavior.

    3. Yes, in the video the teacher uses a structured lesson plan in the teaching process. Because the learning takes place interactively, inspiring, fun, challenging, efficient, motivating students to participate actively, and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity, and independence in accordance with the talents, interests, and physical and psychological development of students.

    4. The context of teaching foreign languages in the video is appropriate because it uses interactive and kinesthetic methods where these methods make children active in learning. Seen in the video the teacher delivered the material by singing and movement, using cards, watching videos, and coloring. The teacher also continuously invites students to communicate and participate actively in learning so that children feel happy and not bored to take lessons. I think this method is very suitable for Indonesian students because basically the characteristics of children are not much different from each other, they both like games, singing, movement, watching. So learning while playing is suitable for Indonesian students.

    5. The material provided by the teacher in the video is vocabulary, listening, and pronunciation. The first teacher taught about the human body parts using cards, moving their limbs while singing, then the children were asked to circle the body parts that were moved in a book using the colors determined by the teacher. The second teacher teaches about the names of clothes through the video and the children guess the clothes that are touched in the video. The third teacher teaches the children about the names of the seasons using cards, then the children say the names of the seasons according to the picture shown, then the teacher asks questions and the students answer them.

    I choose the first video

    1. After watching the video, the lessons given by the teacher include: speaking, listening, pronunciation and vocabulary. then the teacher says each word then the students listen and say it again and learning is done by giving examples of pictures for each word that is spoken and taught the correct pronunciation so that children can follow the words given correctly. and the children practice each word given then the children are asked to guess a given picture.

    2. the role of the teacher in teaching English and the video has a very important role including, the teacher provides an understanding that must be easily understood by students, the teacher must be a friend to them so that students can learn comfortably and the teacher must guide students so that they can learn well.

    3. yes, the teacher uses a structured lesson plan because the teacher teaches students according to the learning objectives and in teaching according to the wishes of the teacher in order to achieve the desired goals in learning.

    4. The method used is total physical response, so the teacher teaches by example every word spoken accompanied by practice. and I think this lesson is appropriate because teaching a foreign language requires repetition of every spoken word. especially for children, it is necessary to pronounce the correct pronunciation so that students can understand it. and for learning in Indonesia, learning like this will be liked because in this video the teacher interacts with students a lot and teaches slowly.

    5. The material given in this video is first vocabulary through the given movements and repeating words then by singing together and mentioning words. secondly by going through the video and students answer what is shown in the video, and proceed to choose the picture, which one matches the spoken word.

    THE FIRST VIDEO
    1. Elements of foreign language learning in the first video is vocabulary and pronunciation to improve students' speaking, reading and listening. In the first video, it can be seen that the teacher uses powerpoint media and picture cards to display the material or vocabulary that will be taught to students. The powerpoint contains short vocabulary accompanied by pictures that describe the vocabulary. With English pronunciation and gestures, the teacher makes students understand the meaning of the vocabulary in the powerpoint, then the teacher instructs the students to repeat the teacher's words and gestures. In teaching vocabulary to students the teacher also uses the singing method that make a students are more enthusiastic and make learning more interesting and not boring. With these teaching methods and methods, it is easier for students to accept new vocabulary and then can improve their speaking, listening and reading skills.
    2. The role of the teacher: the role of the teacher as a facilitator and guide. The teacher's role as a facilitator and guide is a role in which the teacher has an obligation to provide services to facilitate students in the learning process and direct students to actively participate in the learning process. In the video, teacher Val provides several media such as powerpoint media, picture cards, and dice to play games. In order for students to actively participate and make learning interesting, teacher Val uses the repetition drill method with singing and gestures to direct students to actively participate in the learning process.
    3. Yes, the teacher uses a structured lesson plan in his teaching process. Seen in the video, teacher Val conveys the material in an organized manner and follows the rules starting from the initial activity, core activity and closing activity. In the initial activity, teacher Val greeted the students and the trait of the class how to great him, explained the rules of learning and he did TPR warm up with the class. In the main activity, teacher Val conveys the main material about “how are you” by using action to drill the word, teacher val also makes a game by he does the action and produces the words. In the closing activity teacher val encourages the class to study hard and follow his rules and they can earn more points, he reviews the days lesson one last time and after that he leaves the class saying “good bye”
    4. the methods used by the teacher in the video is TPR (Total physical response) and the method appropriate with the context of foreign language teaching. TPR is a popular method for introducing vocabulary related to actions or movements for young learners. And this method is suitable for learning English in Indonesia because the TPR method is suitable for early childhood where learning prioritizes activities that are directly related to physical activities and movements. With the teacher using this method students will simultaneously learn the language as well as practice it – learning by doing-. So that students will easily understand the English taught by the teacher.
    5. The material given in this video is about the use of words and sentence “how are you”. The teacher teaches new vocabulary related to responding to news such as: super, fine, ok, and bad. In addition, the teacher also teaches short sentences to express situations such as "I am super, I am fine, I am ok, I am bad" and he teaches action for the question "how are you". all vocabulary and sentence materials taught by the teacher are accompanied by actions/gestures regarding the vocabulary or sentences.

  48. I chose the material from the second video.
    1. The learning element that I caught from the second video is through the media of pictures, where the teacher shows the picture to the students then the teacher tells the picture is a picture of the foot, then the teacher gives instructions while telling this is the foot and the students simultaneously repeat while holding the part foot.
    2. The teacher's role in teaching English is to convey new vocabulary into English in a fun way. And deliver learning and material with the fun learning method.
    3. I think that the teacher has used an appropriate lesson plan for students, but maybe the delivery is different because every teacher has a different way of delivering material in class.
    4. It is appropriate because the teacher has been able to successfully deliver the material well seen from the students being able to follow the lessons in class, and follow every instructor that the teacher conveys, for example when the teacher says "circle the head / hat using a blue crayon", and the students students can follow what is conveyed by the teacher.
    5. In the second video, one of the materials is about body parts, the teacher uses image media to symbolize body parts and the teacher conveys while holding that body part, then the students follow.

Children are learning English with Wow!

    1. The element of foreign language learning in the video is vocabulary. The teachers are applying it in their learning process by using song, guessing the picture, identifying picture, watching video, and drawing the picture.

    2. The role of teacher in the video is a motivator, a director, a facilitator, and an evaluator. The teacher should know what children/stundets needs, wants, and like or hobbies. So that the material can be understood easily by the children.

    3. The teachers use the lesson plan, because if they do not use it, the class will not run well.

    4. The methods used in the video are propriate with the context of foreign language learning. Especially for Indonesian students, we can use song and pictures when learning vocabulary in the class. Because young learners really like singing and guessing the picture.

Course : Methods Of Foreign English Teaching II

    1) I chose the first video. The kinds of foreign language learning element in the first video is vocabulary, and the teacher applies the learning process using pictures that are practiced with movement and a little singing, so it is not boring for young learners and more fun. And the teacher divides the students into 2 groups: boys and girls, this serves to give points to the group that follows the instructions well

    2) The teacher's role in the video is :
    1. establish conditions and develop activities so that students are able to practice language in a meaningful context.
    2. as a facilitator, resource person and language model for second language classes.
    3. as an instrumental in creating a positive and supportive learning environment in the classroom. Students who feel safe and protected are much more willing to practice a second language. A healthy classroom climate encourages risk taking and allows students to experiment. Positive experiences in the classroom lead to an excellent attitude towards language and culture.

    3) Yes, for sure, because in the material presented by the teacher, it seems that he has prepared in its entirety what he needs in teaching and how the method he will teach, such as the items needed: power points, videos, flashcards. and then the way he teaches like singing, the movement of every word and he already knows what things he will teach from the beginning to the end of the lesson.

    4) The teacher Vel used the Total Physical Response (TPR) method. In the TPR method, the teacher gives orders to students and then students respond to the teacher's commands with gestures. I think this method is suitable to be taught to Indonesian students, especially kindergarten children. because the delivery of the material is fun

    5) In this video the teacher explains about "how are you?" and a new vocabulary of expressions. The teacher displays expressions through power point. The teacher's action is to train the students' vocabulary, then the teacher puts the flashcard on the whiteboard and writes each word on the flashcard. The teacher in saying these words uses the movements that are followed by the students. The vocabulary that has been taught is associated with “how are you?”, such as super, Fine, Ok, and bad.

    I choose first video

    1. In the video, I found several elements of foreign language learning, such as teaching vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, reading and listening. The teacher explained very well and very clearly. The teacher teaches Phonics, the teacher explains new vocabulary and practices it through singing, using cards, and making games. Thus, students take part in learning with fun and there is no feeling of boredom.
    2. The teacher's role in teaching foreign languages:
    * The teacher as a source of learning, the teacher is the place where students explore or take lessons.
    * The teacher as a facilitator plays a role in providing services to facilitate students in learning activities.
    * Teachers as learning managers, teachers play a role in creating a learning climate that allows students to learn comfortably through classroom management. As a learning manager, teachers have 4 general functions, namely: planning learning objectives; organizing various learning resources; and leading and supervising.
    * The teacher as a demonstrator, namely the role to show students about everything that can make students more understand and understand the message / learning information conveyed.
    3. Yes, teachers must use lesson plans in their learning. RPP can make learning take place systematically. The learning process does not take place in an improvised manner, but takes place in a directed and organized manner. Thus teachers can use time effectively to achieve learning objectives and learning success.
    4. The method used by the teacher in the video is in accordance with the context of learning a foreign language, through this method the explanation from the teacher is also very easy to understand, and from this method the teacher can also improve vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, and reading. In addition, teachers can create a lively and conducive classroom atmosphere, then with media and resources that support the learning process.

    3. She finished it. Because the teacher has planned what will be done during teaching and learning activities during the learning process. Materials, media, facilities, and learning techniques are all available to teachers. From this it can be concluded that the teacher uses a structured lesson plan in the classroom.

    4. Kinesthetic Method. I think it fits the context of foreign language teaching. This method can be a method of learning English that is fast, easy and fun.

    5. The teacher explains about vocabulary, colors, body parts in the second video. The teacher uses picture media, explains, sings and moves from one place to another which is then followed by students to make it easier for students to understand.

      1. From the video I watched, I saw the instructor applying jargon examples, tuning in, perusing, talking and communicating. in a cycle like this I can all the more effectively comprehend and not feel exhausted

      2. The job of the instructor here is as a facilitator. According to the video. The instructor creates showing materials, dominance of showing materials ends up having an impact on understudies. What's more, instructors can make an enthusiastic and favorable homeroom air, then, at that point, with media and assets that help the learning system.

      3. She completed it. Since the instructor has arranged what will be finished during educating and learning exercises during the learning system. Materials, media, offices, and learning procedures are altogether accessible to educators. From this it tends to be reasoned that the educator utilizes an organized example plan in the homeroom.

      4. Khinestetic Strategy. I think it fits the setting of unknown dialect instructing. This technique can be a strategy for learning English that is quick, simple and fun.

      5. The educator clarifies about jargon, colors, body parts in the subsequent video. The instructor utilizes picture media, clarifies, sings and moves starting with one spot then onto the next which is then trailed by understudies to make it simpler for understudies to comprehend.

    1. The teacher begins to explain things related to the topic to be discussed. In this connection, ask what information will appear regarding the topic to be studied and write down on the blackboard so that students can see and remember it. At this stage the teacher has a very important role in motivating students so that they are actively involved. The learners were made into large groups. In the group the learners were made with their friends about what was developed in the text. After the discussion is over, to understand the students' understanding by asking the students one by one about what was done and how the results were.

    2. Organizer, motivator, director, transmitter, facilitator, mediator, and evaluator. The organizer is the manager of academic activities, syllabus, lesson schedules, and components related to the learning process. Motivators are stimulants and givers of encouragement to increase the potential and creativity of students in the learning process. The director is a supervisor for student activities in accordance with the objectives of the activities to be achieved. Transmitter is a disseminator of education and learning policies. Mediators are intermediaries in student teaching and learning activities in mediating or providing solutions in solving problems experienced by students. VIDEO OF "CHILDREN ARE LEARNING WITH WOW"

    1. I choose the first video and after seeing the video, I found some elements of foreign language learning. They are adjustment, accuracy , enjoyment, and happiness. As we know that in learning young learner, the teacher have to maintain the student's mood and spirit, then their own concentration is not as longer as the adult or teenager. Therefore, the teacher combine the learning process with the entertainment and cheerful activity. In this video the teacher try to transfer the knowledge the student about the subject of material through playing and singing. It's effective to make the student keep enjoy and understand about the subject.

    2. In this video, the teacher has a role to make the student keep engage in the learning activity with the way they love such as with singing and playing. It able to make the student more active and they enjoy the learning process in the class. Moreover, the teacher has a role to keep the student's focus and attention, so that the teacher try to maintain it by speak loudly with a good spirit and cheerful.

    3. Yes, the teacher should to make a structured lesson plan on their teaching process because the lesson plan make the learning process more structured and the teacher has the indicator & the standard of the student's achievement in learning process. Moreover, the lesson plan can remind the teacher about the parts of teaching material in explain in to the students.

    4. The method that implement in this video is so effective because the students able to be more interactive during study process and the teacher also try to maintain the student's spirit by ask them to repeat what teacher said and pronouce it loudly together. Then, the teacher also examine the student's critical thinking about the problem by asking the student to determine "what was losing from the picture?".
Those method on the video are really appropriate with the context of foreign language teaching. It can be seen from the view of video, the student are really enthusiast and interactive in learning process. And the last one, in my own opinion, almost all methods are good for implementing in Indonesia and "WOW method" in the first video is preferred for Indonesian students.

    5. There are some materials that given in the first video. Such as "Letter Introduction". In this section, the teacher pronounce the "letter", then the teacher ask the student to repeat after them together and the teacher make the word from the letter, such as : F for foot, S for shoulder, A for Arm, H for Hand, etc. Then, the teacher also try to invite the students to sing a song about the parts of body and he/she sing together with the students together. Moreover, the teacher also ask the student to give the circle into the part of body mentioned by the teacher. It so effective to examine their own critical thinking in determining the object of material. Then, the teacher give the material about "the season". The teacher ask them to mention what kind of season picture that hold by the teacher. Then, they have to point the picture based on what teacher said. Then, the teacher also show the "video about the kind of clothes" to student and ask them to mention it again to make sure their own understanding about the material.

    1. After watching the video, I found the types of foreign language learning namely vocabulary, reading, listening, and speaking. The teacher teaches the material by speaking and acting by explaining in detail and writing it on the blackboard then the students follow what the teacher says. 2. The teacher acts as a regulator and acts as a facilitator. The way the teacher organizes students to create a conducive class, so that students follow what the teacher is instructed to do. The teacher's role as a facilitator is to provide services including facilities for student learning, for example the media that will be used in the learning process. 3. Yes, using structured lesson plans in the learning process. In the video, the teacher prepares teaching materials, learning objectives, the media used, and the learning process in accordance with competency standards. 4. In the video, the teacher uses the audio lingual method, where the teacher practices the vocabulary and then the teacher instructs the students to follow the vocabulary. This method is suitable for students in Indonesia because the learning is easy to understand. 5. The material given is vocabulary using the flashcard method. The teacher explains about "how are you?". That way, students can add new knowledge about vocabulary and how to use vocabulary in sentences.

    1. I have watched the first video, the teaching by teacher Val is very good and easy for young learners to understand. And in the video there are elements of foreign language learning, namely vocabulary, speaking, and listening. The teacher shows the picture along with the words or vocabulary related to the picture and, the teacher recites the vocabulary then followed by the students by delivering the material using movement and using a little singing notation so that students are not easily bored and distracted. The teacher makes two groups, each of group will get points if they follow the guides from the teacher.

    2. The role of a teacher in the classroom is as a carrier of positive vibes and enthusiasm to students, positive energy and enthusiasm will make students feel comfortable and safe, and another role is as a facilitator for learning English, especially using various media, besides that the teacher plays a role As a good example, children will always follow the teacher's directions because they believe the teacher is a good role model. Last but not least, the teacher acts as a mediator, and guides students to always learn and pay attention.

    3. In the video, it is very clear that the val teacher uses the lesson plan very well, it can be seen how the teacher prepares the material and lesson conditions neatly. Every activity in the classroom looks very structured starting from the opening, main activity, practice, learning media, methods and closing. Although teaching kids is a bit more difficult because they get bored and distracted easily. But the val teacher managed to give the material well.

    4. The method used is Total Physical Response (TPR), TPR is a method of teaching language or vocabulary concepts by using physical movement to react to verbal input. Seen in the video the teacher gives a lot of practice and instructions to make movements in learning. That way, students can enjoy and be more enthusiastic because they don't just sit in the chair. And this method is suitable to be applied in Indonesia, because this method is very fun for early childhood children, young children need knowledge accompanied by movement or games so that they are interested.

    5. In the video the teacher gives material about "how are you" which includes the human body, clothes, and weather. With a variety of delivery media, such as power points, cards, and colors. By prioritizing Vocabulary in each sub-theme, the teacher can explain vocabulary as well as practice and play.

    1. The elements contained in the first video are knowledge, communication skills, interest, and respect for students.
the teacher has knowledge of what he teaches, although it is relatively easy, but not for grade 1 children. To help the knowledge be understood by students, teachers need good speaking skills. this skill is certainly different when talking to adults. communication in children is inserted by moving the body, cheerful intonation, and expressiveness. this will create a sense of "interest" to students. The teacher also respects students, he will give appreciation to motivate students but also discipline if someone does not obey the rules.

    2. The teacher's role in the video (first video) is the controller, at the beginning of the lesson the teacher gives rules that must be doing by students such as hands on desk, be quite, and others.
The second is as a facilitator. The teacher facilitates the students by showing a power point which contains an introduction to vocabulary, numbers, and short sentences.
The third is as a motivator, when students can answer questions well, the teacher will answer with exclamations of "good!", "excellent!", "you are right!". This will motivate students to participate actively because they feel appreciated.

    3. Yes, he did it in a structured way. The reasons are, before learning begins, he explains the rules that must be followed by students during learning. Then the teacher began to introduce learning from the bottom-up, such as introducing letters with phonics ABC songs, various emotions such as "Fine", "OK!", "Super!", "Bad", and others. After students can distinguish all of them, the teacher applies them in short sentences. After that, the teacher practices it and allows the students to produce words from what they hear. In the middle of learning, the teacher does a TPR warm-up , to recharge the enthusiasm of students by doing the movements that have been exemplified. Finally, the teacher reviews the lesson, briefly repeats what has been learned and lets students memorize vocabulary and movements. After that the teacher reminds students to study harder so that points are not reduced, this will increase motivation.

    4. The method that used by the teacher in the first video is learning by doing. The teacher demonstrates what he is talking about. For example, when he speaks, he points to himself, when the student answers, he points to students. As well as the expression that is done according to the picture.

    5. The kind of materials in the first video are vocabulary, reading, and speaking. In vocabulary lessons, they are introduced to the first four letters, ABCD. The teacher plays the phonics song and the students follow it. The teacher also writes down the expressions or things he mentions on the blackboard, so students can read them, this is included in 'reading'. Then in practicing speaking, the teacher will ask students to produce the sounds they hear. The teacher does it, after that the students follow him. The teacher applies it using fun movements and a little bit singing. Teacher also do not use the first language very often. Teacher used various media to support learning, such as power points, pictures, and toys. The teacher also put small games such as writing scores for groups of boys and girls, this aims to motivate students to listen to the teacher and learn to focus.

    1. Vocabulary is the element of foreign language in the second video. Teacher applied the learning using flashcard. Flashcard as as a learning instrument showed the teacher and pronouncing the vocabulary repeated by the student. The teacher applies the vocabulary of the body parts in the flashcard then sings the vocabulary by moving the limbs. Vocabulary of colors, the teacher directs to share pictures with the appropriate colors in the drawing book. While the teacher then teaches vocabulary using audio visuals to show the vocabulary of objects on the laptop and encourage students to mention the vocabulary. The teacher then teaches vocabulary using flashcards to show pictures of the seasons and encourages students to name the seasons in flashcad. So, in teaching vocabulary, the teachers in this second video use flashcards, sing vocabulary songs, audiovisuals and coloring pictures.

    2. The teacher’s roles in the video namely, as an instructor and as an educator. The teacher acts as an instructor and educator who sends and informs vocabulary material to students using a flashcard instrument by singing, moving, listening and speaking, paying attention to the pictures given by the teachers. So the teacher gives the role as an educator who teaches and trains students to understand learning. Then, the teacher as a counselor, to build student learning motivation, the teacher approaches students by learning in a circle so that there is closer contact so that students have a closer relationship and do not feel like they are being taught by the teacher but play and learn together together. And the teacher as a learning manager. The teacher in the video arranges for students to pay attention, follow and practice what the teacher shows, says, and commands. The teacher arranges students to pay attention to flashcards, laptop screens for audiovisuals, move their bodies while singing to mention vocabulary about body parts.

    3. The teacher uses a structured learning plan. In the video the teacher teaches vocabulary using instruments that attract attention with colorful and illustrated flashcards as well as audio-visual and singing, then directs students to listen, follow the teacher's lessons, and activate communication with students. That way, the teacher uses a structured learning plan that can be digested and understood by students. The teacher's learning plan is very important to improve the learning process so that the teacher can convey the material and be received well.

4.The teaching of foreign languages by the teacher in the video is in context, namely vocabulary. The teacher teaches vocabulary using instruments that are in accordance with the age range of students with methods of playing, singing, speaking and speaking that are more attractive to students and do not get bored easily. What students prefer in Indonesia in my opinion is the part of the teacher who teaches vocabulary using flashcards and singing vocabulary, students will be more motivated to learn if they hear fun songs.

    5. Vocabulary, the teacher shows the picture on the flashcard, sings the names of the body parts, says the name of the things on the laptop and the season picture on the flash card. The lesson taught by the teacher is to know vocabularies, names of body parts, colors, and pictures of the seasons. So the lesson taught in this video is vocabulary.

    1. I chose the first video which has the title "Teaching English in China".
the elements in the learning process are material about the teacher's application to students about speaking, listening and reading. but here the drawback is not applying the writing technique. The teacher also provides rules in his class to stay focused and conducive during learning. he applies in his learning his reading, listening and speaking techniques about vocabulary. In my opinion, this is so that students in the class do not feel bored with learning techniques that only use 1 type.

    2. A Teacher play various roles such as Learner, Facilitator, Assessor, Manager and Evaluator. Before teaching the students a teacher has to first place himself as a learner and think from the learners perspective. In doing so, students can be captured with interest. In the classroom, Teacher roles can be discussed with learners as a part of student preparation, along with other characteristics of curriculum.

    3. In my opinion, yes, he must use a lesson plan so that learning in class is successful. in Indonesia it is called Syllabus. Because, without using a lesson plan, learning will not be orderly from one material to another. also as a benchmark for teachers to provide what material students will learn.

    4. He used the demonstration method. where students are given the opportunity to come into direct contact with the material being studied and then they demonstrate it in front of the class. This learning method can show how students do something which is then observed and discussed in front of the class.

    5. the material is about how to pronounce the letters A-D, then enter the material that discusses about
'How Are You". First, the vocabulary contained in the material is introduced. Then the pronunciation and expression of each word is demonstrated. And if they can pronounce it fluently, they will be rewarded in the form of points so that they are more enthusiastic.

    1. The learning elements contained in the videos that I have watched contain elements of listening, pronunciation, introduction of vocabulary about body parts and objects around, children's motor development. The teacher applies the learning process with a happy and fun atmosphere, such as using songs, using games, using cards as learning media, which are in accordance with learning methods for early childhood, which must arouse children's interest.

    2. The role of the teacher in teaching English as a foreign language in the video, namely
    1. ) as a provider of facilities, namely providing or showing a learning media, such as image media, song media, game media, which contains teaching materials that are packaged in an attractive manner.

    2. ) As a director and mentor. That is like directing body parts when students are studying body parts, the teacher directs the body parts that must be followed by children.

    3. ) Invite the children to follow what the teacher is doing, such as instructing them to say vocabulary together.

    3. Yes, the teacher uses structured lesson plans in the learning process, because the teacher teaches in a very structured way, as at the beginning of the lesson, when the teacher explains the vocabulary of body parts, the teacher gives examples of pronunciation first, then the students follow suit. , because in teaching young students, as teachers, they must be able to provide exposure to students to process something that has just been received by them.

    4. Yes, in the video, the teacher is in accordance with the context of learning foreign languages. In my opinion, the preferred method for Indonesian students is the Demonstration Method because, the demonstration method is a learning method that is carried out in a practical way so that students can see and practice directly the material being studied. The demonstration method is indeed more interesting and makes students more focused on the subject matter.

    5. Material on vocabulary such as nouns (shirts, skirts, pants, etc.), body parts, accompanied by an introduction to these body parts, colors, various seasons, using image media, material about colors, and others

    1. The elements of English learning contained in the video are vocabulary and writing, in the video the teacher applies it in various ways, the first is using pictures, the teacher shows pictures and asks the children to show what pictures are in the picture while asking the children to the child repeats what he said, the second is using music and the last is using a video, the teacher shows the video to the children and the children are asked to say what is shown in the video.
    2. Here the teacher acts as a facilitator and director. The teacher provides equipment, instruments, learning methods and all the things needed in teaching to be suitable and effective for use on students and also the teacher acts as a director, meaning the teacher directs students to apply these things so that students are not confused in learning because in the video students being taught is a young learner so the teacher really guides him patiently and carefully.
    3. In the video it is not very clear whether the teacher uses a structured lesson plan or not, but I'm pretty sure it uses a structured lesson plan because the teacher in the video is seen using clear methods and instruments in teaching so that the class can run well and accordingly.
    4. I think the method applied by the teacher in the video is appropriate because to teach young learners the teacher is required to create a method that is creative and not passive. In the video, it can be seen that the teacher uses music, pictures and videos accompanied by movement, this is very suitable for learning for young learners. I think the right thing to do in Indonesia is to use music because it is easy to apply to young learners in Indonesia.
    5. The material contained in the video is vocabulary by recognizing body parts, recognizing various types of clothing and knowing the weather. I think the materials are suitable to be applied to children because they are not too heavy, children will remember and understand them easily.

1.Teacher applied it well as teaching new vocabulary, he give actions to drill the words and using medias as flashcards. In teaching phonic, he play a song or audio, for example as a for letter 'a' the word is apple then students join to sing a song. In teaching speaking, after introduce new vocabulary e.g.super, teacher make it in a sentence 'I am supper' then students say the word following an actions.
    2. The teacher as a role model or regulator in the classroom for students, we can see when the teacher provides training when learning takes place to students. In this way the teacher can more easily organize students to create an effective and conducive learning atmosphere, so that students can do what they are told by the teacher.
    3. Yes, because lesson plans are very important for a teacher. in the RPP explains the learning structure for the next semester, in addition to the RPP there is also an explanation of some things that students can and can't do.
    4. The method used in the first video is using a fun teaching method. The teacher gives lessons with colorful pictures, moving videos, expression flashcards, playing games with students, and interacting and communicating with students. This method can also be used for students in Indonesia. Because basically all children like something that is fun and not boring and can make children participate in something that is given.
    5. In the first video, the material presented by the teacher is related to vocabulary. The material is about "How are you". These words are usually used to ask how someone we meet. Then, the teacher give an example of sentence from his screen and practice it in front of the students.

1.after seeing the videos what kinds of elements of foreign language learning are found in your chosen video? How does the teacher apply in his/her learning process?

I chose the first learning video, in the first learning video I found an element of foreign language learning, namely a student's interest in foreign language lessons that can motivate him to learn the foreign language. Therefore, a teacher makes the classroom conditions lively and fun in order to increase the student's interest.

2.What does the teacher's roles in teaching English as a foreign language in the video? Mention and describe those roles!

in the first learning video the role of a teacher towards his students is:
